given us basic room then we upgrade it by paying more money after having look at another room after taking money from us she refused to give the room then shifted to another room and bathroom was cloged there were no tea coffee in the room in short they were not meeting their treebo standard

Very bad experience never will go there and don’t recommend anyone.
Pros:

I don’t like anything about the stay

Cons:

Staff was not at all cooperative, rooms has spiders all round the corners, i have pics for the same as well. No food facility was there , no towel was provided. In two days of stay only one pair of towel was provided and that too after asking for it. Whole charge for the stay was charged at the time of check in.

Really good.
Pros:

The manager was very sweet and made us feel at home. The restaurant served really good food.

Cons:

The distance from city center was a bit of a challenge. We had to depend on local cabs and they were expensive.

Pros:

Food was good...

Cons:

Management, amenities, service.

Room was just okay, but basic amenities like towel, soap, water etc missing in the room and had to call multiple times for it, toilet flush was not working had to remind multiple times to get it fixed.

We had late checking, these basic things should have been taken care in advance instead of we calling and reminding them.

Overall not value for money....
