Kỳ nghỉ thoải mái nhớ mãi và sẽ còn quay trở lại nhiều lần .
Pros:

Tôi đã tră tiền cho khách sạn nhưng do trục trặc mạng nên tôi đã chuyển 3 lần số tiền phải trả - sau khi tôi báo lại khách sạn đã kiểm tra và đã gửi trả lại ngay số tiền 2 lượt chuyển quá . Tôi muốn Booking lần nữa chuyển lời cảm ơn của tôi tới khách sạn và các công nhân viên của khách sạn ạ . Booking nên khuyến khích tinh thần và thái độ phục vụ khách hàng - khách hàng là trước hết - của khách sạn Sa pa Hải Yến Hotel . Xin cảm ơn .

Amazing stay. Near parks and famous cafes. Souvenir shop at the ground flr.
Pros:

Room is so spacious. Has a mini ref. My room has a perfect view of the well-lit restaurants and famous cafes outside. It was 10'C cold during my visit, so I didnt use the airconditioning because the room is cold already. Elevator is working fine. They have a souvenir shop at the ground floor, it was ver convenient for me.

Cons:

Can hear vehicle noise from the outside but it's tolerable for me.

Mixed feelings on this property.
Pros:

The property location was fantastic. The apartment was very spacious.

Cons:

Entry to the apartments combined with a shop was interesting.

To get to the master bedroom you had to go through the rock garden. In the second bedroom / bathroom there was an extra area where fake plants had been put on the floor and there were 2 used razors left there.

Was not aware there was no housekeeping for our stay.

We also had some problems with our key cards working as there was a loose wire in the mechanism- this took a while to get fixed and then one of the staff came to our room in her pyjamas at 20:45 to check on it.

للامانه المكان ممتاز بالذات لنا كسعوديين او خليجين والشقه واسعه جدا وكبيره وتسع ل 8 اشخاص بالراحه

Cons:

اخذت مني 3 بالميه لاني دفعت بالبطاقه ولكن بينت لها اني غير سعيد بذلك بعدها رجعت لي المبلغ كاش وهذا انا اعتبره لعب بحق الزبون حيث ان بوكنج لم ينص على ذلك

Pros:

It was huge and right in slcenter of Sapa. Comfortable

Cons:

Entrance is through the shop. So if the shop is closed you need to ring bell and wait till someone answers.
