Comfortable , convenient and value for money
Pros:

It was open until late. You can still do shopping as it’s ground floor is a mart selling all sorts of souvenirs, bags, clothing etc. washing machine and dryer provided on 7th floor, customer service was helpful and efficient , right in the heart of Sapa central - great place to enjoy night life

Cons:

The apartment rooms felt damp due to weather, mold and lack of ventilation. The kitchen sink could have been cleaned better.. breakfast included means cook yr own as eggs, bread,instant noodles provided

Crap. Avoid.

The location was fine.

Cons:

The entire lobby of the hotel was operating as gift shop/knockoff clothing store, and the store wasn't even properly setup so there was stock EVERYWHERE. Our first room was located by the elevator, which conveniently also has an open staircase down to the lobby/hawkers emporium. On the first night we had an awful sleep due to the elevator and the open staircase. The halls are fully tiled so everything echoes. When we finally got back to sleep, we were woken up at 4am by employees talking AND PLAYING MUSIC right outside the elevator. There was only one window in the room... the bathroom. We got moved rooms after the first night. The only window in that room that was funtional opened to a hallway connecting to another room. Neither room looked like the pictures on their listing. Do not recommend staying here.

Đặt được phòng khuyến mãi giá rẻ, cũng không kỳ vọng nhiều. Nhưng đến ở thấy thực sự vượt kỳ vọng, phòng sạch sẽ, nhân viên lịch sự.

Gut gelegen. Von hier aus kann man alle wichtigen Punkte zu Fuß erreichen. Relativ sauber

Cons:

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, sehr kalt vor allem nachts und es schimmelt an der einen oder anderen Stelle.
