O hotel tem um grande potencial, mas precisa ser renovado, pelo que soube isso já está sendo projetado, o entorno tem muito verde e o acesso de ônibus para o centro, cataratas e aeroporto é bem fácil. Café da manhã e demais refeições muito boas. Só teria um ponto que na nossa estada não foi agradável. Ausencia da equipe de manutenção para reparos emergenciais como no nosso caso, onde a descarga do vaso não funcionava nos três últimos dias da nossa estada. Embora a recepção e camareira fossem alertados o defeito não foi reparado.

Sweet family stay, great prices, comfy, no luxury!!
Pros:

The hotel layout is really easy, the staff were friendly and professional, they mini fridge had fair prices, the price in general was great!!

Cons:

The rooms were just not clean enough for me, I would have loved much more detailed cleaning. Same for the restaurant area.

Ainda bem que foi somente uma noite.
Pros:

Gostei muito do atendimento da senhora que cuidava do café da manhã, extremamente educada e atenciosa.

Cons:

Não gostei de ter chegado no quarto com cheio de umidade e frigobar sujo (resto de comida e bebida), depois de reclamarmos nos mudaram de quarto.
Não gostei de não disponibilizarem copo de vidro pra consumirmos bebidas do frigobar e ao solicitar na recepção só era possivel descartavel e no restaurante era cobrado R$ 10,00 por peça.
Assento do vaso sanitário quebrado, ao sentar ele saia pro lado.

DESAYUNO MUY VARIADO. POSEE 2 PISCINAS, UNA EXTERIOR Y UNA INTERIOR CON AGUA BIEN CALIENTE, MUY BUENAS.

Cons:

NO TIENE ASENSOR. SE SUBE POR UNA RAMPA. A MI PARTICULARMENTE NO ME AFECTÓ.
