Where do I begin to describe my experience? From the end, I guess, and it was simply the best. To put it into perspective, if you’ve seen the film Pretty Woman and remember the hotel manager who went above and beyond to help, that’s what I’m talking about. When I walked into the hotel at two a m after arriving in Hanoi and finding out my booking with another hotel was cancelled without my knowledge, I wasn’t hoping for much—especially as it was Christmas and New Year break. On top of that, upon realising my only bank card wasn’t with me after a small cash withdrawal at the airport, my situation looked gloomy, to say the least. Instead of plummeting into panic and despair, I was lovingly taken care of by this absolutely amazing team of kind-hearted people who went above and beyond to make sure my stay was peaceful and comfortable, and that my financial struggles were addressed and resolved the next day—with help from the outstanding front desk manager Bruce, who instantly offered to locate my missing card and even sorted my cash needs while I waited for the bank to respond, even though it was the weekend. To make sure I felt safe and sound at all times, the front desk team constantly checked if all my needs and desires were met—including ordering my favourite takeaways from nearby restaurants, advising me on getting a local eSIM, creating a list of cool spots to visit, providing fresh chamomile tea… and keeping me updated on WhatsApp about the bank. And that’s not even mentioning the resident chef, who made fresh creamy yoghurt and tasty croissants every morning. There was also a hidden gem I didn’t know about—a well-equipped gym, yoga studio, lovely large pool, jacuzzi, two saunas and a fantastic steam room, which I loved, especially since it was cold and grey outside. The hotel itself is very comfortable and well designed. All members of staff were unbelievably friendly. The room was clean, perfect size, location’s superb—so yes, my stay was magical.

This is by far the best hotel I’ve stayed in Hanoi. My husband and I stayed here for more than a week. I gotta say the staffs and the team who took care of us are truly amazing and incredibly thoughtful. Room is cozy and has everything you need: mini fridge, hair dryer, iron, amenities, etc. Room service and cleaning is everyday and they will either call up to your room to ask whether you need cleaning or you can just leave the sign outside your door. They even surprised me with some little gift for my birthday in the room. They gave us early check in and late check out. Laundry room for free, gym, yoga room and sauna and pool are great touch for anyone who plans to stay a bit longer in the city. Location is 10/10 - 10 min walk to Hoan Kiem lake, city center. In case you want to book grab car for commuting, they have enough space in front of the hotel for car temporary parking. Breakfast is amazing, I’m a Vietnamese and I gotta say the soup section of the breakfast is truly on point. All in all, for quite an affordable price, the hotel has it all. Truly recommend this and we will definitely come back to this hotel next time
