Troisième séjour. Ce n'est pas par hasard. Un quartier calme à l'écart du barnum touristique de la vieille ville mais tout proche, un design moderne et une chambre confortable, sans oublier un personnel toujours souriant et prêt à aider.
Un détail: le coffre-fort au ras du sol; pas vraiment pratique!

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped me with the luggage and dealt with me and any issues i had in a very prompt and courteous manner. I had issue with the safety deposit box and air conditioning. Both were dealt with quickly. The laundry room in the basement was very handy. Liked the privacy of the pool and sauna in the basement. The Japanese style toilet with built in bidet was amazing. The decor of the hotel with very modern and business like. The location is in an area with lot of banks/ embassy/ offices. So its not busy in the evening like other parts of the city. It’s a calm part of city with long treelined roads. I enjoyed going to the book street and cafes nearby. There is a circle k 3 minutes walk away to buy snacks and drinks. Liked that the windows can be opened to let in air. I didn’t have breakfast.
The rooms are not very soundproof. I could hear the sounds from the corridor as well as sounds from the school near by. There was also a buzzing noise from the air conditioning. I was on the 11 floor. I would suggest bringing some earplugs if sound is an issue. The reception offered me camomile tea when i mentioned this issue to them. I also didn’t like the floor level position of the safety deposit box. It is difficult for anyone with back issues to reach down to retrieve your items from the safe.

El personal muy disponible y acogedor, en especial Vanesa. Habitación grande, cama cómoda, baño funcional.
Bien la zona Spa con baño turco, sauna y piscina.
El hotel está bastante céntrico, así que andando se puede llegar al centro.
Las ventanas aíslan poco el ruido de fuera, pero nosotros estábamos en una habitación donde no se oía mucho tráfico.
