It was a lovely clean and comfy bed just what I needed to feel fresh fo my journey home
Pros:

I thought the lady working cleaning was a absolute treasure she went above and beyond to help me check in she’s worth her weight in gold can’t thank her enough she had finished work but stayed on help me wonderful lady

Cons:

I booked through booking.com I paid my money but due to my phone not working properly I didn’t receive message about id photo and deposit I rang number I received many times no answer if it had not been for the clearn lady finishing her work and releasing i was having problems it would have been a nightmare she saved the day and helped me so much

We were unable to to gain access to the property, as we arrived 2 hours early and we were unable to talk to anyone in the property’s office or by telephone, my wife was not impressed with the area and felt it may have been unsafe to stay there, so we went to the Holiday Inn in Lime St and booked in there for the weekend were we had a wonderful time, because of this I can not rate this property.

booking .comで予約して前金を払い現地について電話したらcancel depositを100£入れてくださいというのはどう言うことでしょうか？到着してるのにキャンセル料は意味がわかりません。施設と御社の意見を聞いてみたいです。何とも怪しいシステムじゃないですか?やりとりは御社でわかると思います。返金してもらいたいです。
