Начнем с того, что при заселении нам предоставили не тот номер, который мы бронировали на сайте. Спросив у персонала, почему так, нам предложили на выбор два номера, один из которых был тот, что мы видели на фото. Персонал заявил, что все эти номера находятся в одной категории, но это совершенно не так, номера абсолютно разные. Сложилось ощущение, будто нас хотели просто обмануть. Надеюсь, это не так, потому что отель достаточно неплохой.

Pros:

The hotel is perfectly located and is a quiet, relaxing oasis in the centre of Uluwatu. The hotel pool area is perfect with very comfortable lounges. The room was great with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was very enjoyable with plenty of drinking water provided at no cost. A real stand out for this hotel are the staff, very welcoming, friendly, always there to be of assistance however they can, exceptional service!

Cons:

The walls between adjoining rooms were thin which meant we could hear the people next door talking, coughing, whatever they were listening to in their phone. We stayed 6 nights and the first four nights were perfect and couldn’t hear anything. The last two nights with different neighbours were when we noticed this. Luck of the draw with who you get next to you but it didn’t spoil our stay and we would absolutely return to this hotel.

Really loved our stay and would definitely go back if we return to the area 💖
Pros:

Great location and oasis in the middle of the busy area shops bars and restaurants steps away but inside you were in a peaceful sanctuary 😀 Monkeys were great entertainment!

Cons:

It was all fabulous staff were amazing we had a plunge pool room highly recommend. The only thing to note is that there is a bar close by that has great live music but it goes till late no problem for us but if you want early nights good to keep this in mind. Hotel provided ear plugs.

Pros:

El lugar es hermoso, siempre hay un ambiente muy relajado.
Los desayunos son a la carta preparados en el momento y son fantásticos.
La ubicación está bien si queres estar en la ciudad cerca de los lugares para comer

The hotel was beautiful, extremely clean and the staff couldn’t do more for you if they tried, nothing was too much! Very personable experience, even the owners introduced themselves to us. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will be back!

Super nice and cute place.
Pros:

It was in a great location to where we wanted to be.
It was so cute, pool was great, breakfast was nice and staff very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The only thing was the noise from the band across the road, the staff did warn us and told us ear plugs were in our room.
It was loud and went to 12.
