Perfect location, friendly staff, tasty food and comfortable rooms.
Pros:

The staff were outstanding. I left my laptop in my room by mistake and they called me straight away to arrange collection. Very friendly service for all meals. Room was nice. The car park is a big positive and one of the main reasons I book.

Cons:

Other than bigger rooms or a swimming pool or gym, there are not really any improvements that could be made.

Pros:

Das Frühstück und auch das Personal waren wirklich super.
Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal, auch der kostenlose Parkplatz.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein sehr hellhörig es Zimmer.
Die Betten waren auch nur okay und auch der Teppich müsste Mal er erneut werden.
Dadurch stimmte für uns das Preis Leistungsverhältnis nicht.

Pros:

Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam op een oprechte manier. En we hebben voortreffelijk gegeten, zowel het ontbijt als diner.

Cons:

Ons bed was niet heel comfortabel en voor ons ook iets te smal.

Perfect for a short city visit
Pros:

The Hotel is in the middle of the city and so all interesting sites are on walking diner. People are very friendly and our breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

We had exceptionally hot days during our stay and missed air conditioning in our room.

Great place that easily met our expectations!
Pros:

Great location with close walking distance to many of the local pubs and sites to view. Staff was very nice and the breakfast was great. Parking was very convenient.

Cons:

There was a bit of a smell in the hallway prior to entering the room. The front stairwell should be blocked off since it is not used and has not recently been cleaned.

Tremendous people, a clean, modern and sweet hotel with parking. We will definitely stay at Zuni again!! :)
Pros:

An exceptional staff, warm, welcoming, knowledgeable, professional, friendly and helpful. Plus a very nice modern room and a place to park our car.

Sollten wir nochmals nach Kilkenny kommen dann übernachten wir wieder im Zuni
Pros:

Die Lage am Rande des Ausgehzentrums und der Innenstadt. Innerhalb von 2 Minuten ist man im Zentrum. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Wir hatten übersehen, dass die Standardzimmer ein Queensize Bett haben und erhielten ohne Probleme ein Upgrade auf ein Zimmer mit Kingsize Bett. Geräumiger Parkplatz direkt am Hotel inklusive. Wir hatten 30 Grad während unseres Aufenthalts, durch die Lage an der von der Sonne abgewandten Seite waren die Temperaturen okay. Unser Zimmer hatte keine Klimaanlage (Standard in Irland). Wegen der Hitze hat das Management für alle Zimmer Ventilatoren gekauft. Leckeres Frühstück und Dinner im Zuni Restaurant.

Pros:

In good location but needs better sign posts for parking

Cons:

Unfortunately the room at the front wasn’t great , toilet door wouldn’t stay closed , a fan on and off all night and the bed was v uncomfortable and noisy . We asked to be moved the next day toward the back far better room

Die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sehr schön. Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die hoteleigene Bar war total cool.

Cons:

Es gab keinen Hinweis auf den Parkplatz - erst nach Nachfragen gefunden. Leider hatten wir ein Zimmer über der Küche und der Ventilator war sehr laut.
