Pros:

The modern look and feel of the apartment is very nice and the rooms are very spacious. The location is a little bit outside of the historic center of the city but everything is well within walking distance.

Mitten in der Stadt und trotzdem sehr ruhig.
Pros:

Es war sehr sauber und das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung der Küche hätte besser sein können und eine Spülmaschine wäre bei dem Preis angemessen gewesen.

Gute Lage, großer Balkon. Zimmer recht groß.

Cons:

Schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und abgenutzt, bei dem cleanen Look fällt das recht stark auf. Der Stil ist Geschmackssache.

Design op loopafstand van het centrum
Pros:

Prachtig ingerichte en ruime kamer met nieuwe materialen en veel wit marmer. Zeer ruime badkamer met rainshower. Alles ‘zorgvuldig gedesignd’. Klein terras met bank en twee ligstoelen. Centrum op 10 minuten lopen. Voor het strand heb je een auto nodig.

Cons:

Vanuit terras op begane grond zicht op de geparkeerde auto’s. Het Japanse bed is prachtig maar zeer laag. Lijkt mij een dingetje als je wat ouder bent. Locatie in buitenwijk met weinig uitstraling.

Gelungener Urlaub, sehr moderne Unterkunft. Freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter.

Cons:

Ausblick könnte besser sein, befindet sich in Sackgasse. Wenig Privatsphäre auf den ebenerdigen Terrassen.

Abbiamo apprezzato:

L’estrema disponibilità dell’host, sia nel risolvere problemi di pulizia incontrati in ingresso all’appartamento, sia nel fornire una piastra per ovviare alla mancanza di cucina
L’attenzione dell’host a che tutto fosse di nostro gradimento
La comunicazione e la reperibilità dell’host
L’ampia dimensione della stanza e degli spazi per riporre abiti e oggetti personali
Il condizionatore funzionante e non eccessivamente rumoroso
L’assenza di insetti nonostante il caldo e la presenza di cibo
La seconda pulizia e rifornimento di caffé/carta igienica a metà soggiorno (ci siamo fermati 10 notti)
La tranquillità del quartiere
La vicinanza al mare, seppur in auto, ma volendo raggiungibile anche in bici
La vicinanza al centro, raggiungibile a piedi
La lavatrice, seppur esterna e disponibile a seconda dell’uso degli altri ospiti del piano
La presenza di microonde, bollitore, frigorifero

Comunicare meglio l’assenza di ascensore
Eliminare le piante di plastica
Aggiustare / coprire gli spuntoni del tetto che fanno sembrare la costruzione non terminata
Aggiungere tende ai balconi
Aggiungere copertura intermedia tra cuscino e federa
Portare il frigo all’interno dell’appartamento

Schöne moderne Unterkunft
Pros:

Domenico war super nett und seine Tipps vorab für die Region waren sehr hilfreich. Der Kontakt war sehr zuvorkommend, schnell und hilfsbereit.
Es war super sauber und modern eingerichtet.

Cons:

Leider keine Spülmaschine vorhanden.
Ein wenig Schimmel in den Fugen um den Ablauf in der Dusche. (Lässt sich aber wohl kaum verhindern)

A fabulous base for our short stay in Orosei
Pros:

Modern and very clean with great facilities a short walk into the Centro Historico of Orosei. We enjoyed a very comfortable short stay with helpful communication from Domenico

Clean and comfortable apartment
Pros:

Clean comfortable ground floor apartment with fridge and porch area, great communication with host if anything extra was required, great situation for local amenities/restaurants/bars/shop/coffee shops and beautiful bakery.
Great spot for individuals who do not drive as everything is close by, however if you do drive, there is specified parking too.
Fairly quiet area and only 45 minute walk from the beach.

Cons:

Parking was right at our porch area so if you require more privacy then not ideal for the ground floor apartments however all upper floor balcony's seem more private. Nothing to note otherwise, it is the perfect location and we had nothing bad to say about the apartment. It was very modern and comfortable to stay in.
