Lovely property let down a little by the warmth of some staff
Pros:

Beautiful, interesting building located in a lovely time recovering from the devastating earthquakes of 2016.

Cons:

With the exception of the room maids, the staff were somewhat indifferent and generally lacking in warmth.

The experience left one questioning the quality and consistency of the staff training. This was exemplified by the young trainee who managed check in. He was efficient but not particularly friendly and failed to show us around the hotel and its facilities. In comparison, we subsequently noted more senior staff showing new guests around.

In summary more attention to guest engagement would significantly improve the whole experience.

מלון מעוצב מאד במיקום מצויין בעיר. מיטה מאד נוחה. ארוחת ערב מצויינת! ארוחת בוקר טובה.

Cons:

האינטרנט האלחוטי לא עבד. למרות שהיה קר מאד בחוץ, המזגן במלון היה מכוון לקירור ולא היתה אפשרות חימום. העיצוב מאד יפה, אבל לעיתים בא על חשבון הנוחות.
