Overall, I would book here again … while it’s still new, customer service was awesome!
Pros:

Because the hotel is still considered brand new, everything was nice and clean. The staff is exceptionally great! Bed and pillows were soft and so comfortable.

Cons:

One thing I didn’t like was that there is no bathroom counter space. The shower had drainage problems but the staff took care of it right away. The base of the electric water heater was broken but they replaced that too. Breakfast was just above average.

Nice hotel until you check out.
Pros:

Room was nice; rooftop bar was a great experience with a nice view; good location.

Cons:

no peephole on door; no door bolt; checkout experience was a mess - poorly managed vs. other practically every other hotel experience I have ever had.

Pros:

In Subic Bay, this hotel is in the higher price, but compare to the same price level in Manila, the later is way much better. The location is Ok.

Cons:

The room isn't big enough. And breakfast is just ok.
