Amazing. Relaxing, comfortable, friendly staff, clean and extremely enjoyable!
Pros:

Everything was wonderful. The staff was great and very helpful. The massage therapist was amazing. The location was great, with a wonderful view of the matthorn. Size of the room was perfect and we really enjoyed the pool. The free self laundry was great and really helped us out. We will be back.

Very relaxing, would definitely come back
Pros:

Very friendly staff, great breakfast, convenient location. Welcoming touches such as chocolates and wine in the room. Lift to station was swiftly organised and there were lockers to leave things in after checkout.

Alles perfekt, top Lage, schöner Wellness Bereich, super Frühstück

Cons:

Leider sind wir um 6 Uhr von den Schneeräumgeräten geweckt worden,
aber dass musste sein.

Täydellinen loma upeassa alppikylässä.
Pros:

Erinomainen aamiainen. Aamiaisella voit itse tehdä tuorepuristettua appelsiinimehua. Erilaisia mehuja on myös valmiina tarjolla. Aamiaisella voit myös nauttia lasin kuohuviiniä jota on tarjolla heti sisääntullessa. Hieno sauna- ja allasosasto. Allasosatolla yksi suuri merivesiallas jossa useita vesihierontapisteitä ja porekylpypaikkoja. Saunoja ovat perinteinen- ,höyry- ja yrttisauna. Lyhyt matka (noin 80metriä) ilmaisen ski-bussin pysäkille (vihreä linja ja pysäkki Untere Matten) jolla pääsee kaikkiin Zermattin kylältä lähteviin alppihissien ja Gornergratin vuoristojunan ala-asemille.

Cons:

Hotelli sijaitsee kylään johtavan päätien varrella jossa tavaraliikenne alkaa varhain aamulla. Hieman liikenteen ääniä kantautui huoneeseemme aamulla joka sijaitsi toisessa kerroksessa. Vaikka kyseessä on 'autoton kylä' niin sähköajoneuvoistakin lähtee hieman ääntä ja tieltä voi kantautua myös hieman katupölyä. Muista varoa kylässä liikkuvia sähköautoja, -potkulautoja ja -pyöriä!

Great staff, great apartments, only breakfast restaurant
Pros:

I liked the rooms both in setup and cleaning. The buffet was great, liked the spa area and that you could borrow a sled for the slopes.

Cons:

No gym. Restaurant was not open for dinner. Was a bit further down in the zermatt area

Tot, L'habitació gran, els llits super còmodes, la petita cuina però amb tot el necessari, el cuarto de bany ampli, la neteja de tot, canvi de tovalloles, el spa amb la bossa : tovallola, sabatilles i barnus,.amb tot el necessari per gaudir-ne, l'esmorzar i el trasllat de l'estació a l'hotel.

Cons:

El preu però comparant amb altres llocs del mateix Zermat, almenys pagues satisfet per tota l'atenció rebuda.

Super gut und schön, ich komme sehr gerne wieder
Pros:

Frühstück sehr vielfältig und sehr fein - viele feine Brote und die Käseauswahl war reichlich und gut
Superschöne Wellnessanlage - Sollbad, Sauna und Dampfbad top

Cons:

Das Ausländer - mit Kind - immer eine Riesenschweinerei um den Frühstückstisch/Boden hatte und das das Personal alles aufräumen musste - ohne Entschuldigung des Fehlbaren, furchtbar!
