Tot, L'habitació gran, els llits super còmodes, la petita cuina però amb tot el necessari, el cuarto de bany ampli, la neteja de tot, canvi de tovalloles, el spa amb la bossa : tovallola, sabatilles i barnus,.amb tot el necessari per gaudir-ne, l'esmorzar i el trasllat de l'estació a l'hotel.

Cons:

El preu però comparant amb altres llocs del mateix Zermat, almenys pagues satisfet per tota l'atenció rebuda.

Super gut und schön, ich komme sehr gerne wieder
Pros:

Frühstück sehr vielfältig und sehr fein - viele feine Brote und die Käseauswahl war reichlich und gut
Superschöne Wellnessanlage - Sollbad, Sauna und Dampfbad top

Cons:

Das Ausländer - mit Kind - immer eine Riesenschweinerei um den Frühstückstisch/Boden hatte und das das Personal alles aufräumen musste - ohne Entschuldigung des Fehlbaren, furchtbar!

房間整潔，還有簡單爐具可供煮食。房間還有小露台。但洗浴用品是三合一的那種，最好自備

今回の旅のメイン、ツェルマットでの滞在先にここを選んで大正解でした！
7人の大所帯だったので、屋根裏スイートマッターホルンビューに3名と、アパートメントバルコニー付きに4名(うち子供2人)で宿泊しました。

⚫︎屋根裏スイートマッターホルンビュー
・キッチン付き、フライパンなどの調理器具にカトラリーなど、料理に必要なものは大体揃っています。
夜はここでご飯を作り、家族みんなで食べました。
まるで家のように快適でした。
バルコニーに出ればマッターホルンが見え、とても素敵な時間を過ごすことができました。
部屋もとても広いので、7人で集まってもゆったりできます。

⚫︎アパートメントバルコニー付き
2部屋あるので、4人でもとても広がったです。キッチンもあります。シャワーが2部屋、バスタブは1つありました。この部屋のバルコニーからもマッターホルンが見え、朝も気持ちよかったです。

Cons:

繁華街とは反対方向にあるので、少し遠いと感じるかもしれません。すぐ近くにスーパーがあるので、私たちはそこまで苦にはなりませんでした。

Fabulous stay! Highly recommend !
Pros:

This place offers an indoor pool which was great. The water was very nice ,not cold at all . The area was super clean. The hotel offers bathrobes bath slippers towels . The jacuzzi jets were very helpful for a relaxing time after a long day of hiking. The hotel is super close to Zermatt Train station, about 6-7 min walk. Very close to central Zermatt - access to restaurants, shops. There is a supermarket about 1 min walk from the hotel and a daycare!! Plus the hotel offers rooms with a kitchenette. The city bus stops very close to hotel (near Denner supermarket) which takes you to the point of cable cars for the Matterhorn glacier paradise. Overall 10/10 for the location, price, cleanliness. Loved our stay !!

Cons:

They could have had iron and washer services free of charge. But guess it’s the norm in Zermatt.
