Nous avons passé un agréable séjour
Pros:

La chambre était très bien , très moderne dans ses équipements. Et proche des restaurants. Les ruines sont accessibles facilement en vélo que nous avons loué au gardien de la résidence 300 pesos par jour pour 2 vélos

Cons:

Un peu éloigné du centre ville et des plages publiques

Ich würde nicht nochmal kommen.

Es war sehr ruhig und wir haben uns sehr sicher gefühlt. Der gratis Kaffee auf dem Zimmer war super.

Cons:

Wenn man Service haben will, ist die Unterkunft nicht die richtige Wahl. Der Check-In war sehr chaotisch. Wir kamen an und es war niemand da, der uns rein lassen konnte. Irgendwann kam dann eine Putzfrau und hat uns rein gelassen. Ich habe der Unterkunft auch davor geschrieben, um unsere Ankunftszeit mitzuteilen, aber ich habe nie eine Rückmeldung erhalten. Als wir dann drin waren, war der Private Butler sehr bemüht. Man bekommt den Code fürs Zimmer per WhatsApp, das ging aber super lange und wir konnten nicht los, da wir was im Zimmer vergessen hatten und den Code noch nicht hatten.

Auch als wir danach einmal Toilettenpapier wollten war niemand da. Ich habe die Anfrage am Morgen gestellt und als wir abends zurück kamen und ich nochmal nachgefragt habe hieß es, dass es erst morgen Früh möglich sei. Man hätte es ja auch einfach vor die Türe legen können…

Zudem ist das Mobiliar teilweise schon etwas abgenutzt und sollte ausgetauscht werden.

El lugar esta bonito y tranquilo, pero el microhondas no tenia donde conectarse y de las albercas, una estaba en reparación y la otra no podia usarse porque estaba en remodelacion.

Buen edificio solo que en departamento en donde me quede no está marcado y las instrucciones de acceso no estaban claras y además el último día cortaron la luz sin avisar y el edificio se quedó sin agua así que no pude usar ni la regadera ni el wc.

We spent 4 days at this hotel and not once our room was cleaned, I even sent them a message requesting that the room be cleaned a, new sheet and towels, surprisingly they stopped communicating until we checked out of the room on day 4.
