Nothing, scam hindi nag rereply bago booked date, kasi scam ililipat ka sa panget at mabahong room, couple kami ilalagay ka bigla sa weird na room na mukang bahay na dugyot,, so no choice wala ka matutuluyan kapag hindi ka pumayag on tbe spot ilalagay kayo sa room na hindi niyo gusto, lhat ng nasa pic dito scam hindi itong room ang mkikita mapupunta sa inyo kundi nasa pinaka mababang flr na walang view kundi parking lot lang.. Sasabihin mag rerefund pero hindi na nag reply at nag pakita samin...

Sasabihin mag rerefund pero hindi na nag reply at nag pakita samin... Chineck namin kung legit na may problem sa room na nakabook pero available pa rin dito sa app meaning gawain nila na ipost tong room na maganda at maganda ang view pero sa iba talaga kayo ilalagay...

1st—Self-check-in was not allowed if you had a hard copy of their guest form. But they insisted that it's ok, so we talked to the receptionist, but the guard said the owner knows the policy, so she tried calling the caretaker, I guess, but no luck. And then the receptionist makes an exception since we've been waiting for 30 minutes already and the caretaker was in Silang even though she was aware that we were going to check in. She didn't even bother to inform me ahead of time.
2nd - When we entered the unit, it was hot, so we thought maybe the AC was not open yet (but usually it was open before the guest checked in on some other Airbnb), and then there was water on the floor, which was coming from the AC, so we texted the caretaker to report it, and she replied to put a rag down, but there were no rags, and she said to just turn the AC off and she would go to the unit. So we did turn it off and decided to go out first since she was still at Silang, and after almost 2 hours, I texted her again that we were back at the unit. She said the maintenance would come, but after an hour, no one showed up, so I texted her again, and she replied after 20 minutes just to ask if someone went there to check the AC. So I said no, and then no reply again. After waiting for another hour, I followed up since it's so hot already in the unit. I also asked if we could borrow an electric fan since there are no windows that we can open to get proper ventilation, but she just said, None, and told me to just use a mode setting only on the AC, but I said I didn't change anything on the settings. But I know exactly the problem of that AC, and it's so dirty that you can even see it on the outside, so I messaged the owner and informed her. So in short, we didn't sleep on our 1st night, and it's a disaster since we came there for a peaceful sleep and relax after our tiring week at work.
No breakfast
Everything.. no water heater, dirty c.r, insects and ants on the bed, no wifi, no tv connection.
It was clean when we arrived.
The bed is comfortable. I like that there is karaoke as well and board games. We enjoyed staying here.
My bf likes the view of taal and the city light at night at cabezera.
I wish the shower set has spray hand shower.
