We loved our stay, the garden was beautifully maintained, the staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful. The food was really good, we had dinner at the restaurant and it hit the spot!
Our rooms were just behind the restaurant, we were woken up by other guests in the dining area about 6.30am which was ideal, breakfast didn’t start til later, so it would have been good to keep the restaurant closed to ensure the other loud guests didn’t disturb us. Otherwise everything else was great!

The food was amazing, the service was very professional and very quick. I loved sitting outside of our room on the rocking chairs and tea. They were very accommodating and moved everything when I asked to eat outdoors.
This place was absolutely stunning. The room we had, Suite Dona Mireya, was spacious with a large tub and separate shower, the inner courtyard garden area was a beautiful location for both the generous included breakfast and also a very delicious, quiet dinner. Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. We had an amazing stay and definitely recommend staying here!

I honestly can’t think of anything bad to say about this place and the service we received. I have never been treated with this amazing service at any hotel that I have stayed at. The staff went far and beyond to get us whatever we needed at anytime. This place will be my to go to every time I visit Ataco. Thank you Casa Degraciela! You were amazing!

It was unique and very clean.
From the time I checked in that evening. Till the time I checked out.. the staff was wonderful. The hotel grounds were well kept. My room I feel in love with as soon as the manager opened the door. I loved the personalized notes on bed and at breakfast table the morning of checkout. Breakfast was perfect each morning. Had table setup waiting on me when I came out for breakfast.. I have NO COMPLAINTS!!. will definitely be back
