Pros:

The hotel is very new and the location is perfect. Rooms and facilities are spotless but it is the staff of the hotel that makes the real difference: everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. Every single person (from the management of the hotel, to the front-desk, to the restaurant/F&B staff) embodies the spirit and friendliness of Bhutan; they really went above and beyond to make my stay unique. I’d really like to thank everyone (Nim, Sangay, Pema T, Ratna, Choki, Pema and my amazing guide Yangchen - just to mention few names) for the amazing stay and to make me feel at home. I’ll definitely be back, my home away from home.
