We were put on the 5th floor and there is no elevator. That was a little inconvenient, but they did help carry our bags up, and they offered to move us in the next couple of days, but we didn't want to have to pack everything up again. We had a great view of the city, mountains, and waterfall. Unfortunately, we stayed three nights and they somehow managed to never clean our room or provide clean towels. We also had an ant infestation in one corner of our room. The first TV remote we were given was dead and when we exchanged it, they just put it back in the pile to hand to the next person. The breakfast was not good, and I didn't ever eat any of it because I didn't like the options. My husband ate some and we decided just to go down the road for breakfast after that.

Really great hotel. Complimentary breakfast was cooked for you fresh. We didn’t recieve any complementary waters though.

Nice clean room. Very good view from our room, but not all rooms were the same. Better than a continental breakfast. But no lunch or dinner without prior reservation, go out instead. Very small parking lot, so you could get trapped, but it's safe.

Very good location close to everything. Very clean, friendly staff. Restaurant attached to hotel. Everything was superb!

Beautiful hotel on a quiet street just a couple blocks off the beautiful parque. Staff very friendly, excellent breakfasts, lovely surroundings.

Very clean room. 2 person Jacuzzi tub in the room! Staff did an amazing job cleaning. Great location - quiet street very close to everything that you need/want. Easy 5 min walk to most things. 10 min walk to thermal pools.

The place is overall nice and I would stay again. Pros: close enough to city center for short walk but not loud. Cons: some of front desk staff did not know how to check us in or out. They need training.
We try to be eco-conscious by hanging out towels on hangers to dry in room. Staff always took towels and the soap bar; so we had to get new ones daily.
Otherwise, nice, clean, cozy place

El hotel estuvo muy bien. La ubicación es muy cerca del centro, como para ir caminando, pero no tan cerca que el ruido molesta para dormir. Es exactamente como se ve en las fotos, las camas fueron muy cómodas. El desayuno incluido estuvo excelente, todo estuvo fresco y la cantidad perfecta. 10/10 muy recomendado

This is a very good hotel

This is a family run hotel. I generally communicated with the 16 year old daughter who's exceptionally on the ball. She speak English well too.
Breakfast was a tad confusing but ample.
