Important information:

Hotel is located on the main mall road where commercial vehicles are not allowed and private vehicle are also restricted between 04:00 PM to 10:30 PM due to mall road no entry timing. Guest can reach by Rickshaw from Gandhi Chowk.

Please note that guests that stay on 31 Dec will have to pay extra RS 2500 per person for the New Year Party as mandatory supplement charge on arrival which includes the Eve DJ party, Gala Dinner, snacks and IMFL drinks.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Overall was nice hotel. Sure can recommend someone.
Pros:

Location is good, nice view.

Cons:

Room floors are bit dirty and sticky. And bathrooms were not so clean

Pros:

The staff was very nice and cooperative. The reception gentleman was very polite and nice and always ready to support. The hotel staff were also very goo. Food was good, service was nice.... all that is expected from hotel when you are at a vacation has met expectations.

Cons:

Nothing I can remember. All was good.

The very terrible alliance between taxis and hotels that made taxi fares from Mussoorie 3-4 times more costly than going there!!!!!

Nice one but not value for money, Location is nice but cannot go with your car in the evening.
Pros:

Hotel room was spacious, beddings were good, Cleaniness was also ok.

Cons:

Towels were old, a lot of noises which were coming even inside room, smell inside room, breakfast could have been with a bit more variety in terms of fruits, breads etc.

Breakfast start timing should be little early like starting from 7.30 am.

Pathetic stay
Pros:

We went recently on July 2023, where in the weather of mussoorie was really pleasant, we thought our 2 days stay will be great , but as our taxi reached till mall road we called the reception, that were we have to come exactly he didnt even care to tell us the perfect side as taxi are not allowed indide mall road so we anyhow had to take rickshaw wherein we need to know exact location and the receptionist was least interested to help us . After that some how by asking the road side shopkeeoers we reched there. The hotel is located at the top where approximately till 25 to 27 stairs you have to climb......after that they will take full payment on the counter on the very first day..... we did our booking from booking.com so they gave us back side view.......after that the fan of the room was not clean......electricity was going OFF to and fro and on top of that the shower was not working in the morning as the water went low. The reason asked was said that its because the hotel is in mountain which was ridiculous.....Also the lift went dead for straight 2 days. If a person is a heart patient then how will he climb those stairs and other things. We will not recommend this hotel to anyone.
