Excellent location — good philosophy
Pros:

Excellent location — I have been a regular guest there for decades and feel very familiar with the building and the philosophy

Cons:

During my previous stays, the staff and the reception were excellent and incredibly friendly only this time there was a replacement of two older ladies who were neither friendly nor accommodating

Історічна будівля, побудована в середині 19 століття, високі стелі . У кімнатах було приємно тепло.

Cons:

Злий персонал. Таке враження, що я їм повинен прислуговувати, а не вони мені. Ресепшен працює тільки до 20.00, але про це при заїзді не інформують.
Після 21.00 вийшов до машини, взяти деякі речі, двері отеля автоматично зачінились, і я ,пів години нікого із персоналу не міг знайти щоби повернутись.
У номері поруч вийшов з ладу перемикач світла і майже всю ніч перемикався так голосно, що спати було неможливо.

Palace Hotel ist wubderschön, exclusive Lage, Vegetarisch und CO2 freundlich.

Es hat mir gefallen, dass wir das Zimmer anstandslos tauschen konnten.
Das das Hotel Vegetarisch und Bio geführt wird. Das Frü¨hstücksbuffet.

Cons:

Wir haben für vier Nächte gebust und uns wurde ein Zimmer zugeteilt, dass dem Preis Leistungsverhältnis nicht entsprochen hat. Obschon wir schon bereits einmal Gast waren.
Die Mahlzeit am Abend ist zu teuer im Verhältnis zum Menue. Wir bezahlten pro Menue Fr. 50.00. Ich ass ein kleines Stück Spinatkuchen, einem Schöpflöffel Kartoffelgratin , zwei Tortellinis, Gemüse geschmort ohne Sauce und einen üblichen Salat.

Lage direkt beim Start des Engadiners. Nostalgisches Hotel. Vegetarisches Essen. Grosser Parkplatz

Cons:

Nachtessen vom Buffet war nicht richtig warm. Etagentoilette wurde erst nach mehrmaligem Fragen und teilweisem Unverständnis geöffnet.

Albergo dal fascino storico, ristrutturato completamente. Spazi immensi, arredati con molto gusto.
Confort di stile montano. Pulizia impeccabile in ogni zona dell'albergo. Tranquillità e relax assicurati.

Cons:

La colazione ha un costo eccessivo per una famiglia di 4 persone.
Non ci sono cartelli che indichino le stanze (biblioteca, sala lettura, palestra ecc.).
L'albergo è convenzionato con gli impianti di scii e non viene detto da nessuno della reception.
