Le personnel très sympathique et le confort de la literie et de la chambre.

Cons:

Le bruit sonore des voisins de chambres certaines nuits et les nuisances sonores de la rue malgré le 17eme étage.

Pros:

No está céntrico, a pesar de estar en Manhattan pero se puede ir andando a todos sitios.

Az ajtóban álló dolgozók nagyon kedvesek voltak. Segítőkészek, illemtudók.

A szállás 1 km re van a Central parktól, valóban frekventált helyen.

Cons:

A szoba nagyon zajos volt. Csukott ablaknál sem lehetett aludni a klíma külső ventillátorának hangjától. Arra az oldalra nem szabadott volna ablakon rakni a szobáknak.

Sens dubte si tornem a Manhattan repetirem el mateix hotel.
Pros:

L'hotel estava molt ben situat i a recepció hi havia una noia que parlava castellà.
També cada dia ens donaven crèdits per agafar algun Snack o aigua gratis.
L'habitació era enorme i teníem tres armaris per col·locar fins i tot les maletes i deixar tota l'habitació recollida.
No vam fer servei d'esmorzar i no puc valorar aquesta qüestió.

Nuestra estancia en el hotel ha sido muy satisfactoria. La ubicación es excelente, muy céntrica y cómoda para moverse por Nueva York. Evidentemente, al tratarse de una ciudad como Nueva York, es una zona con bastante ruido, pero entra dentro de lo esperable por la ubicación.

La habitación era grande y estaba en muy buen estado, era cómoda y cumplió perfectamente con nuestras expectativas. El desayuno también nos pareció muy correcto y, en general, no tenemos ninguna queja respecto a las instalaciones ni al servicio.

El personal que nos atendió fue muy amable y correcto en todo momento. También nos informaron de la fianza de 300 dólares que se abona al entrar y que queda pendiente de devolución una vez revisada la habitación, lo cual nos indicaron que puede tardar unos días. Asimismo, había un crédito diario de 10 dólares para gastar en agua, refrescos o snacks disponibles en el hotel, y cualquier exceso se cargaba en la tarjeta facilitada.

En definitiva, ha sido una experiencia muy positiva y recomendaríamos este hotel, especialmente por su ubicación, comodidad y buena atención.

The staff are the stars of this hotel.
Pros:

The staff were incredible. From the moment we booked they communicated and made sure to do everything they could to accommodate us. They had a really neat soccer lounge next to breakfast which was a hit with our kids (we were in the city for the World Cup match)
