No es un hotel 4 estrellas

Solamente la ubicación

Cons:

Es un hotel que está lejos de ser un 4 estrellas. Hay detalles muy poco cuidados, el empapelado de las paredes de la cocina estaba muy viejo, el baño es muy chico, con desprolijidades como haber sacado un clavo de la pared y no arreglado de nuevo. La ducha casi no salía agua, todo en un estado descuidado. Es básico, claramente no tiene la categoría de un 4 estrellas. Nos habíamos hospedado hace dos años en el Benjamin Sonesta y era otra cosa totalmente distinta, tiene una estrella más, pero la diferencia es mucha. No vale lo que cuesta.

המיקום של המלון היה מושלם! קרוב להכל. מרחק של 15 דקות הליכה לסנטרל פארק, 10 דקות לשדרה החמישית, 15 דקות ברגל לטיימס סקוור. מתחת למלון היו כמה תחנות סאבווי מאוד נוחות, סופר במרחק הליכה קצר, מסעדות, ברים.
קיבלו אותנו בצורה מאוד יפה, ונתנו תחושה מאוד נעימה. הצוות היה מאוד אדיב, בגובה העיניים, חייכו וגם כשהייתה תקלה נקודתית בוייפיי בחדר, טיפלו בזה מהר.
החדר היה ממש גדול, נקי ונוח למשפחה של 5. היה לנו מטבחון שזה ממש הקל על סוגיית ארוחות הבוקר שהעדפנו להכין לבד.
התאמנו בחדר כושר שהיה מאוד נקי ומאובזר ולא עמוס. היו בו מגבות וקולר וציוד חדש.
ובאופן כללי, התחושה הייתה מאוד נוחה. התארחנו במלון פעם שניה וגם בפעם הבאה נחזור אליו

צוות מדהים של המלון ובדגש על רומיאו הדורמן בכניסה שאפילו מדבר מעט עברית ותמיד מגוון ומסביר.
הרבה אפשרויות של מסעדות באזור המלון.
החדרים נקיים ומנקים אותם על בסיס יומי.
בחדר היה לנו מטבחון וניתן היה לרכוש דברים בסופר סמוך.

Pros:

Me encanto la ubicación y la atención de las personas del front desk muy muy queridos.

Cons:

Lo único que no estuvo bien fue el desayuno, este estuvo muy muy regular, tanto que no desayunamos los últimos dias en el hotel porque era muy muy básico y no era la mejor atención, creo que es tercerizado el desayuno. Pagamos pero no lo tomamos. Pero en ubicación y atención de la gente de sonesta excelente. Me vuelvo a quedar 100% por ubicación y Front desk y pero en mi próxima estadía no tomare desayuno en mi reserva.
