Great hotel with good prices, breakfast and huge rooms
Pros:

Huge room with balcony, breakfastvwas included and staff was really nice even offered Nutella for the Pancakes

Employees were friendly, and helpful. Hotel was clean, breakfast was available as offered and washing machines also were available for laundry.

היינו במלון פעמיים. היה מצוין!!! בפעם הראשונה בחדר הסוויטה עם נוף מטורף של העיר ועם השניה בחדר קטן יות. המלון קרוב להכל.

It was a convinent acomodation solution for us and the staff made it very pleasnt for us.
Pros:

The staff wes very very nuce and helpful, the hotel is lacated great, walking distance to many places, but not at the midst of everything so its nat that hectic. there is a subway station right next to it. we had a room with a kitchen that for us was convinent.

Cons:

There was a lot of noise at night from the garbege trucks that were collecting trash from the building in front of the hotel, it took them over two houres to finish, it was hrad to sleep during those nights, but maybe that is new york. other then that the hotel is not new, the furniture is a bit worn out and so is the room deco

confort. El sistema de aire acondicionado no funcionaba correctamente, pasamos frio. Me prometieron un caloventor que no entregaron. La cocina mal equipada. Cafetera antigua y perdía agua. Las cortinas roller no trababan bien y se bajaban solas. Algunas personas del front desk no eran amables y no se esforzaban por resolver los problemas

We found the staff extremely pleasant and helpful. The Sonesta group needs to invest in the hotel - upgrade the fixtures
