We have found our go to hotel in NYC.
Pros:

Very clean and well lit. The daily room credit for drinks and snacks was great. Great location. Sammi and Romeo were absolutely fantastic!! The luggage keep was very helpful.

All the staff, reception, breakfast and cleaning, were exceptionally kind and pleasant. I really noticed this and appreciated it.
My kids loved the complimentary snacks and it was a good place to stay as a family. Location is really great because far enough east to be closer to residential areas. But far enough west to be close to the Subway. The room size was quite comfortable, the kitchenette was great. This was really perfect for a family stay in NYC. Oh also it was very nice that breakfast was open until 10:30.

Cons:

The coffee at breakfast - I would have appreciated a higher quality of drip coffee but maybe that is just because I have a high standard in this. But coffee is important! Maybe the most important thing at breakfast.
Also, surfaces were a little bit dusty in the the room when we arrived. I know this is simply because some time went by between the last cleaning and our check in (most likely), but I definitely noticed it. This is more info for the hotel.

Tutto, a cominciare dalla pulizia. Struttura sporca, camera sporchissima. Il corridoio, con la moquette, puzzava. La colazione era scarsa di qualità e di scelta e c’era una disorganizzazione incredibile. La stanza affacciava su un muro e i condizionatori facevano talmente tanto rumore che abbiamo dovuto spegnerli

El personal de recepción, la ubicación y la amplitud de la habitación.

Cons:

Nos alojamos en un estudio, con cocina. El menaje era un poco escaso, y además, es extraño que la habitación tenga cocina, pero luego no haya mesa ni sillas para poder comer/cenar en la propia habitación. Dicho esto, nos vino muy bien la cocina, y es muy buena opción para Manhattan.
