Comfortable, but loud
Pros:

Good location, exceptionally comfy beds

Cons:

Stained bedding and robes, 2 cockroaches in the room, noisy aircon and no soundproofing - I was kept awake by a staff member at reception loudly scrolling through TikToks at night, then woken up by the early morning reception team coming in.
We were also slightly mislead by reception who told us before our stay that early check-in may be available. They took our number and said they'd reach out to us if/when possible, but did not mention fees. When they messaged us about the early check in they then tried to charge us extra - a disappointing shock for us when we were very tired and not told about this previously!

Pros:

Très bon séjour ! La chambre était très spacieuse, lumineuse et vraiment confortable. J’avais réservé une chambre sans fenêtre et j’ai eu la très agréable surprise d’être surclassée dans une grande chambre avec fenêtre. Merci beaucoup pour ce geste ! 🥰

La chambre était vraiment très confortable et le rapport qualité-prix est excellent. Je recommande sans hésiter !

Cons:

On peut entendre le bruit de la route mais c'etait tres supportable.

We had a wonderful stay at Madelise Stardust Hotel. They helped us plan our trips to Ha Long Bay, Ninh Binh, and Sapa. They helped us book everything at a great price with good quality. Special thanks to Jacky for helping us with everything. Thank you to the hotel for making our holiday so enjoyable.

Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable, and the balcony was spacious and airy. Daisy helped us a lot during our trip to Vietnam. I had booked a tour ticket online and unfortunately got scammed, but thanks to the help of the reception staff, I was able to get my money back. I recommend using the services directly through the hotel, as they are more reliable

Nice hotel but needs to align with booking.com

Cons:

Hotel staff contacting me via WhatsApp looking for payment, I had opted for payment on check-in.
The hotel had overbooked for NYE and asked us to cancel on booking.com for a discounted price? Also, booking.com site details check-out 12:00 - 13:00 but check-out is 12:00.

Do not pay to stay in this hotel. There are much better ones for the price
Pros:

The ONLY good thing was the location.

Cons:

1) booking.com - just a few days before, I received notification the room was cancelled. It didn’t give me a chance to provide another card. I was invited to rebook at a higher price!!! Really not what I needed whilst in the middle of travelling.
2) the room and sheets were damp
3) there was noise all night from the elevator, the car horns, vibration of traffic and music from the building opposite.
4) both my wife and I hurt our hands closing the bathroom door because the handle is next to the wall.
5) the glass bathroom means that if you turn on the toilet light at night you illuminate the whole room.

Location was good

Cons:

Extremely dirty, damp, insects and hair on bed sheets. Communal areas are also unclean. I did not stay here. I checked-in and on viewing two separate rooms, both equally unsatisfactory I checked out. While the reception staff were helpful, their management who are not available on-site, refused to speak to me on the phone regarding cancellation. This is certainly not a 4 star hotel. Avoid at all cost!!
