Une villa très belle mais qui nécessite un rafraîchissement
Pros:

L’emplacement de la maison est très bien, avec un extérieur très agréable, une piscine à débordement et une très belle vue. La villa est grande, le personnel très serviable et agréable.
La suite d’en bas est très spacieuse et la grande salle de bain est appréciable.
La climatisation fonctionne bien

Cons:

La literie dans les chambres est inconfortable, il n’y a pas de rideaux dans les 3 chambres du haut, donc beaucoup de lumière le matin, de plus il y a 3 chambres doubles qui peuvent recevoir 6 adultes mais la 4eme chambre est plutôt pour des enfants car il y a 2 lits superposés.
La propreté est à revoir pour le standing de la villa, ainsi qu’un coup de rénovation pour les salles de bain de l’étage, qui sont anciennes : odeur de canalisation, eau stagnante

We had an amazing time, really love the villa and the beach.
Pros:

We really love the homey feel of this villa, being it a luxury place, it is still very homey for our family. Many things to do, very little time. We suggest a minimum of 2nights stay will be good enough to really enjoy the space, the beach, the stress free living we all dream to have on a daily basis. I like that you can hire a butler/buttress to stay in the villa at all times to watch our children and help prepare meals, it was truly relaxing. They can book for a private chef and massages for you as well but we didn’t get the chance since we only stayed 1 night. Highly recommended and we will come back for sure.

A slice of paradise just 5 minutes from the whales!
Pros:

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The location is perfect, with stunning and breathtaking views of the sea. The villa is large and spacious—a true haven of peace combining luxury, modern comfort, and authentic charm.
We loved enjoying the many nearby activities: turtles come right in front of the house every day, the diving trip with the whale sharks in Oslob is less than 10 minutes away (they offer the trip in a beautiful Jeepney), the magical waterfalls, and the boat trips to the sandbar at Sumilon. A big thank you to Teza for this unforgettable experience. We will definitely return and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an exceptional stay in Cebu!

Cons:

There was a construction in the area and maybe a little loud few hours in the day. Hopefully no more construction when we come back next time as the area is very peaceful and super calm.

Overall, it was the perfect blend of comfort and indulgence.
Pros:

I loved the resort’s combination of beautiful scenery, luxurious amenities, and exceptional service. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with stunning views that made every morning special. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we felt pampered, and the dining options were varied and delicious. Plus, the resort’s activities added an extra adventure on our stay.

Pleasant 1 night stay as family can all be in 1 place unlike hotel rooms. We were well taken care of by the 2 helpers.
Pros:

Beautiful home. The view is gorgeous. The 4 rooms are beautiful and comfortable.

Cons:

The toilets need some fixing. Shower has no hot water. Instant heater not working. Toilet drainage is bad especially the 1st floor room. Toilet gets flooded after each shower. Living room aircon capacity not enough to cool the place. Unable to open up the sliding doors because too many mosquitoes. Therefore the living room gets stuffy. I feel the Mosquito repellent should at least be provided free. I did not feel comfortable letting my old parents stay at the basement PWD room as it’s out side the villa. The room smells. Villa is well stocked with snacks, coke, can food, wine. Villa even has bicycle, canoe, goggles and etc but all are chargeable. The only thing that is free is water but the hot water dispenser button is faulty.
