Pros:

Location and facilities are excellent. Staff outstanding, could not be more helpful and friendly. Small gestures were appreciated as much as large ones. Very comfortable room with excellent view across harbour. Within easy walking distance of Chinatown.

Pros:

Modern European style hotel on the seafront at Yokohoma. The rose garden across the road is a pleasant respite from busy Yokohoma. Excellent friendly staff amd a 5 star restaurant. Chinatown is nearby wih endless food options.

Good location for cruise ship terminal.
Pros:

Great location near the cruise terminal where we embarked on our cruise tour. The staff were friendly and helpful. Check in and out went smoothly. Good breakfast at the restaurant. Great views from the rooftop terrace.

Luxurious and comfy
Pros:

The staff were very helpful and welcoming. They responded quickly when I sent them a message about our luggage being delivered in their hotel. They are very proactive too.

We also love the lounge because it’s very relaxing, has a great view of Yokohama Port, and the drinks were superb.

The restaurant was great as well and our room was clean. It was very comfy.

また泊まりたくなるホテルです
Pros:

内装が新しくオシャレでした。バス、トイレが別、タオルもフェイスタオル2本とバスタオル、バスローブもありました。シャンプー、トリートメント、ボディソープ、ハンドソープも洗い上がりがとても良かったです。アメニティはボディクリームがあったのが良かったです。朝食は12階のラウンジと1階のレストランと内容が異なり、12階のメニューにしました。とても美味しくて大満足でした。スタッフの方も丁寧で良かったです。また利用したいです。

Pros:

中華街、山下公園、みなとみらい線の駅にも近く、観光に便利。部屋も広くて港が見えるきれいなホテル。

グルテンを制限しているためパン中心の朝食を利用できなかった。

Amazing stay in Yokohama
Pros:

Great hotel ! We always go to the Gate in Japan and this was the first time in Yokohama. We loved the location it’s right next to the flower park and ship( you can walk tot the center 20 min . The rooftop is amazing with great views. Rooms are clean and big and beds are very comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is amazing with good choice and good quality food.
