Very comfortable and very accessible!
Pros:

Sir King, our host, is the best! He made sure that we were all settled in our rooms, and that every room is clean and prepared before our check in. He also answers our messages promptly.

The lobby area smells rotten at the time cause of dead rat according to the reception lady and guards.other than that everythings fine

A few negatives ruin what could have been a nice stay.
Pros:

Owner was great. Location was very good as well. Close to a lot of things. Room was clean.

Cons:

The bed frame was bad. Very noisy and made loud cracking sounds when you would roll over. Headboard had storage but its door made loud sounds if there was any motion on the bed. Really needs a new bedframe and newer mattress would be a huge improvement. Oh, and you have to pay extra if you want to use the swimming pools! That should be included. It was the main reason I stayed there and I missed out because I wouldn't pay the extra. Seemed wrong to me.

The pool created with a good vibes & good ambiance..

Cons:

As far as i know & we all know that all condo even hotels that the time of check out is supposed to be 12noon but the room i booked (kingstaycation) is until 11am only… which is inconvenient for our part as a customer. & the parking is over pricey.

Locatia este foarte buna langa mall cel mai mare mall of Asia!

Foarte aproape de Mall of asia zona linistita si market la parter .Gazda este ok si intelegatoare

Cons:

Canapeaua trebuie schimbata. Nu poti sa dormi pe ea iti rupi spatele dormi pe lemn iti intra in spate.Patul este ok dar micut.Subt gandaci trebuie facuta deratizare ceva posibil sa vina de la vecini apartamentul era curat!Trebuie sa platesti extra pentru piscina blocului.

Pros:

Small little condo which was perfect for us. It is clean, quiet, safe and very comfortable. It's a 5 minute walk to the mall of Asia and many more malls a trike away. Convenience shop near it. Owner was very nice. I will definitely come back. Was super super content.

Convenient and comfortable stay near MOA with good overall value.
Pros:

Great location near Mall of Asia with easy access to food, shopping, and transportation. The unit was spacious and had everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Cons:

Some minor maintenance and cleanliness details could be improved, but overall still a good stay.

Not great, I can tell the owner is trying to save money and can easily fix above issues.

Cons:

Wifi does not work, complained and nothing done about it. Broken bed, I had to move mattress to the floor. Broken shower head, I was having shower from droplets.
