Fun, well equipped cabins, near the airport!
Pros:

Fun cabins that had what you need for an overnight or several days stay.
The bar / restaurant served good food.
Very near Stansted Airport.

Pros:

Quiet & lovely view of the lake in the evening .you can leave your car in the car park for flights away , roughly £10 a night .. Free if your staying there ..

Nice place for a night
Pros:

The room was modern and comfortable with a good supply of tea/coffee etc.
Box of tissues. Hair dryer. Fan available.
Hotel grounds with lake and outside seating.

Cons:

The room was right under the flight path to Stansted therefore quite noisy with the window open during the day.
Lack of towel rails or other hooks in the bathroom.

Pros:

Pleasant hotel, properly run, About £15 Uber to the airport

Cons:

The restaurant closed at 10 so if you are later make sure you have eaten before as there are no shops nearby.

Muy bonito pero una pena de los aviones
Pros:

El lugar y los jardines una pasada
La cena exquisita y el desayuno todo que puedes pensar y más

Cons:

Que los aviones de standsted suben justamente encima del lugar y pasan entre 1 min y 3 min sin parar
En el interior escuchas menos pero aún
Y durante el noche,…. Ni idea que dormido

Das Hotel wäre nicht schlecht, wenn nicht der Fluglärm wäre!!!
Pros:

Gute Lage, reichliches Frühstück, freundliches Personal. Reizvolle Außenanlagen.

Cons:

Der ständige intensive Fluglärm des Flughafens Stansted. Gespräche im Außenbereich waren bei den häufigen Starts und Landungen nicht möglich. Schlafen nur mit Ohrenstöpsel. Freundlicherweise vom Hotel erhalten.

Location was excellent. Lodge was very clean and facilities were first class. Staff were friendly as always

Cons:

Didn't have a meal here this time as the cost was quite pricey and food portion clearly did not reflect this.

Top! Gerne wieder!
Pros:

Und hat es sehr gut gefallen, sehr schön und vollständig ausgestattet Tinyhaus mit Außensitzplatz. Sehr saubere und gepflegte Anlage.
Wie beschrieben ist es durch den nahegelegenen Flughafen laut, dies war uns vorher bekannt, aufgrund der Beschreibung- daher kein Punktabzug.

Nice old building and grounds. Lots of parking. On site restaurant and bar.

Cons:

The room was hotter than the sun. It WAS during a heat wave to be fair…but the fan was essentially decorative. Taxi was quite expensive to the airport, so factor that in. We managed to get a bus home but this does require a 10 min walk along the road (no pavement), so tricky if you have luggage. Parking is £10/night. I was disappointed in my meal but other peoples food looked nice enough.

Was stunning. The cabins are beautiful-the view, the layout-all was pretty perfect
Staff were friendly, helped with our food order and we had a free glass of Prosecco as we were celebrating (thank you Amy!)

Cons:

Few cobwebs in cabin, stains on sofa
Our biggest let down was breakfast. The floor under our table was dirty, Tiny plates with cold mushrooms. My poached egg was hard and no one checked in on us to see if all was ok
