Clean and beautiful surroundings
There is no air con. The amenities list a fan in the room but they didn’t provide one. It was boiling hot and we had a very uncomfortable night
The bacon was cooked perfectly and all the staff were very pleasant and helpful . The receptionist on arrival was very entertaining he should be on the stage !
The air conditioning in the restaurant was a bit too fierce !
We checked in around 10.30pm after a flight back
Into Stansted, easily accessible from the airport by taxi (around £20) Very friendly lady on reception and kindly showed us to our rooms due to it being dark and unfamiliar, which were in
The Stables. The room was beautiful, very spacious and fab shower they also had a fan which was much needed and spotlessly clean. Would defo stay again!
Nothing
La struttura è particolare e accogliente!
William è stato gentilissimo!
Camere un po’ datate.,
Very close to Stansted Airport so just what we needed and much better than an airport hotel, it's set in beautiful grounds where you can wonder around and enjoy a drink! Staff were very friendly and helpful and food was good too!
Obviously you get noise from the planes but that's to be expected.
Large free car park if you are a resident.
Nothing it was just what we needed
The staff was really polite and nice. I had a great time, even if it was only one night. Also, the bathroom and bedroom were the biggest we had in our entire trip to the UK. The restaurant food was good too.
Outside of the rooms, you will get a lot of noise from the airplanes. But this wasn't unexpected at all; we picked a location close to the airport because we had an early flight. So I wouldn't say it was a bad thing, but rather just something to take into account.
The property was gorgeous, the outside walkable areas were beautiful. It was very cozy! William at reception took care of us and was extremely friendly!
The showers ran a bit hot.
Beautiful rooms, spacious and well equipped with gorgeous bathrooms
Restaurant was lovely, great service by Amy
Bar closing at 10.39
Very poor customer service and a complete lack of understanding
Everything about the place was amazing. We enjoyed every second there and mourned the fact that we only had a few hours before our flight.
The only problem we encountered was regarding the journey there, from the nearest bus stop we had to walk across big roads (six cars large) with no sidewalk, let alone crossroads.
