Pros:

The hotel was absolutely nothing like advertised. The curtains were damaged and when i informed them of this they did nothing to rectify it or to move me elsewhere. I would not stay here again, and do not recommend

Buena opcion si vas con bajas expectativas
Pros:

En resumen: Excelente ubicacion, si se considera como un hotel de 2 estrellas y no se paga mas de 25 euros por noche (ya con los “supuestos” impuestos), si se llegan con bajas expectativas, sin esperar ninguna amenidad, entonces es una excelente opcion. Mas de ese precio o son muy exigentes, mejor buscar otra opcion.

Por fuera el edificio se ve lindo, la zona es super cool. Entrando ya no hay nada de ese bar o jardin que aparece en fotos. La recepcion se ve muy triste, el hotel tiene un aroma peculiar, el restaurante parece un sports bar o un lugar juvenil. Me atendio un chico que no era el mas expresivo pero fue amable. Le pague lo de los impuestos que si estaba muy claro en mi reserva. Me dijo que estaria en el piso 3 y que mañana me tendrian que cambiar a otra, porque no encontraban mi reserva y que se les habian desorganizado. Me pidio disculpas y listo.
El hotel se nota que tuvo buenas epocas pero ahora ya no queda nada de eso. Se siente descuidado y con poco mantenimiento. Mi habitacion estaba bien, pero nada que ver con las fotos. El problema, la publicidad engañosa. La habitacion es espaciosa, con su balcon, la cama comoda, el baño viejo con algunas fugas, con salitre, humedad Sabanas y toallas limpias. El baño no estaba tan limpio como se podria esperar en un hotel… restos de pasta de dientes en el lavabo, algunos cabellos en la regadera, polvo, etc. El buró junto a la cama tenia unas manchas pegajosas. Le strutture si devono curare....o chiudere.
Pros:

La mia stanza aveva maniglie rotte, non è stata fatta pulizia la mattina tra i miei due pernotti. L'acensore aveva il tasto 0 rotto, percui tutte le volte son dovuto scendere a piedi dal 3 piano.
Struttura vecchia e non curata.

Pros:

Saftladen!
Lasst euch nicht täuschen von den Bildern und der Beschreibung.

- Dusche verschimmelt
- Bett kaputt
- Internetverbindung bricht alle 10 Minuten ab.
- Der angebliche „Pool“ existiert nicht
- Personal nicht fähig, mit einer Expedia-Buchung umzugehen: Check-In hat mehr als ne halbe Stunde gedauert.

Wenn sie immerhin ehrlich gewesen wären und die Dusche sauber wäre, wäre es vielleicht ein 2-3 Sterne Hotel und ich wäre einigermaßen zu Frieden, da die Lage eigentlich sehr gut ist und es auch fähiges/freundliches Personal gibt.

Aber das, was in der Werbung steht ist einfach eine Lüge, deswegen (und wegen der Dusche) die schlechte Bewertung.
