They asked advance and said they will mark no show if I don't pay. Abused me over call. I have raised complaint with booking.com but no action has been taken.

nada. la ubicación es pésima, las habitaciones son feas y sucias. Estuve noches porque no pude cancelar la reserva sin tener que pagar la totalidad de la estadía , y no me limpiaron ni un día la habitación. No me dieron ni toallas. un verdadero desastre todo. ,

Todo es malo. Los pibes que atienen le ponen onda y son amables, pero el hotel es de terror, tétrico. Está pegado a una zona muy pobre, sumado a que está en una avenida con un tránsito y ruidos tremendos . todo todo todo es malo.

Nothing. I arrived 08..10.2025 at 0.6.00 hrs and checked out same day at 11.00 hrs. They charged me INR 4000 to be paid up front for a six hrs stay and did not give me a receipt. They said I will receive an invoice and receipt when I check out. I moved to Hotel Linkway Khar West and loved it. It was a neat and clean hotel with decent staff and service. I would recommend Hotel Linkway to all my contacts to stay in Mumbai. The ownerr Bindra is also a nice person and is there to help all guests. I strongly suggest that Booking.com should not offer Crystal Luxury Inn type of hotel to people.

Cons:

It smells, I could not stay there. I left about 3 hours after staying there. Staff is friendly but location is awful. Also the building and facilities are run down pictures are decieving

I should have got a refund for this room
Pros:

Location was good but in the morning the drains were open and we could not go out from the building for 1 hour and had to jump the drained road.

Cons:

Ac was not working, Landline was not working, Geyser was not working, At 12 am the hotel asked me to change the room and when I checked the other room the AC was not working there too.
Very old furniture, the mattress was torn and I could feel the spring while sleeping.

Nothing "luxury" about this Inn!!
Pros:

The location was awful on a busy, crowded, and dirty part of the city opposite the Jama Masjid. The building was old and yucky looking. The rooms were small and not welcoming. But the staff were nice. The young man, Mozamil, at the front desk was very nice and kind, and I stayed because of him.
