Hotel Vibe Studio inside IT Park

We didnt like that the owner didnt respond to our numerous phone calls when we tried to reach them..the only way we actually got in touch with the owner was by text...once communication was established the owner acted like they didnt even know we booked their room...we thought everything was worked out and the owner said that they would put me and my fiance in a room for one night and them transfer to our actual room the next day....the room that we were put in looked like a drug addict lived there ...the room lookd like it hadn't been touched in years....the room was so nasty...the bathroom was so nasty especially the shower and the toilet...the shower was so nasty that me and my fiance decided that we would wait until we transfer to our actual room the next day so we could take a shower because the room as a whole just felt sooooo dirty...the toilet actually had controls on it that had a control box attached to it that had commands in Chinese...the chairs were in bad shape and unsafe to sit on...lucky they had 2 bar stool style like chairs that we could sit on...the bed was nasty and smelled old..the sheets felt uncleaned and the pillow cases smelled old as well on the pillows...luckily we stayed there for one night...things were just so unorganized with the onwer... now for the room we actually paid for...it didn't look like what we saw in the pictures...it looked completely different than what we saw online..it looked alot cleaner online than what we saw in person...there was no tv to watch even though it had disney plus...netflix ..hulu...and some other movie apps to watch tv on but they didnt work...the only way we were able to watch movies was on tge youtube app on the tv and let me tell even that was a challenge...the bed had an extremely thin mattress on it that if u sat down too hard it would hurt ur butt...
