Cons:

Receptionist più attento ai clienti. Abbiamo dovuto chiedere e richiedere ripetutamente un paio di cuscini extra per poter dormire. Alla fine ho dovuto andare fino alla reception per reclamare. Non sta per niente bene e fuori sintonia con le bontà del hotel. Peccato

Great Hotel
Pros:

Very clean, employees are very nice, internet just works, no password, you just connect and that’s it. Also, if you need to cancel because of a legitimate emergency, they will allow a free cancelation without any problems.
Anytime I am going to or from Barcelona, I will try to stop in this hotel.
