Location of the hotel and our stay was comfortable
Pros:

Cave room assigned was largest one and accessing was easy with only few steps.
Some guests may find living below ground Claustrophobic.
Dinning on the terrace with excellent panoramic views of surrounding caves was a pleasure

Overall, my experience at this hotel was disappointing. Despite the availability of rooms with better views, we were given a room on a much lower floor. Additionally, the management called us to lower the TV volume just because another guest complained—even though it was only 9:30 PM. A hotel should provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay, not feel like a place where guests have to tiptoe around. I chose to avoid any confrontation, but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone in my circle.

Pros:

The room was big and had a mini living room. We especially liked our balcony and had breakfast there. Breakfast was amazing!

There was a bit of smell coming from the bathroom (for the room with the jacuzzi), they need to look into that

Even though the location is a bit away from the main city - this hotel is well located for amazing canyon views and some peaceful meditation :-)
