I needed only a simple room and this place largely was that, but the roaches were too much to overlo
Pros:

The host was very kind and helpful, and the room itself was comfortable, if a little rustic. The location was pretty central and had great character (I used to live in this neighborhood, so walking around was pretty nostalgic for me).

Cons:

Several cockroaches occupied the bathroom even after the host applied bug spray; the surrounding area smelled like cigarette smoke; and the bidet fell apart.

It's good but can improve on those points above.
Pros:

I liked the environment.

Cons:

I do not like the following: No Provision for beverages.
Passing vehicles interrupting sleep.
Alternate days cleaning of the room
