Cons:

Certains membres du personnel ont eu des comportements méprisants voire hostiles, nous n’avons pas été bien accueilli (aucune explication ni présentation du fonctionnement et des lieux à l’arrivée).
Cocktail de bienvenu annoncé mais non n’y avons pas eu droit et n’avions effectivement pas l’air bienvenus.

Exceptional, friendly staff, well looked after
Pros:

Perfect location, Excellent staff always willing to help, kind and friendly community.
Exceptional views and atmosphere. Well trusted community.
We were greeted with a good morning and a smile everyday.
Fresh food Outdoor BBQ was great! I Invited family for dinner which was not a problem they were definitely welcomed,
Also the onsite supermarket is a hidden gem !!!
I would stay here 100x over

Cons:

I was hoping for more activities to do within the hotel but the island of St.Vincent had that covered so it was not an issue. The main point is the hotel was perfectly clean, tidy, safe & friendly & all the must-haves were there.
I stayed in mid January which matters , I think it’s more quiet in Jan

It was a great experience. Highly recommended. I would definitely stay there next time.
Pros:

Breakfast was great despite the time it took to reach the table. First, it took a while for us to be waited on, then it took long time for the food to reach the table. Dinner was the same situation. But the food was good. No complaints about it quality...Just the service. These are easy fixes...

Pretty Stay.
Pros:

Great room, super view. The Loft was lovely. Also the beach bar beyond the marina was super chilled.

Cons:

Food at the outdoor cafe, breakfast was very poor.

Perfect if you need a stopover or picking up a boat.

Cons:

Takes ages to get food at True Blue, but there is a lovely local beach bar next door which does delicious food

Pros:

Amazing place, people, and setting. Recommend rooms with view on the marina. With 3 places to eat at the marina, you have always a place to go. People working at the hotel and marina are amazing. The rooms are very comfortable with a balcony and you hear the waves. No road nearby, just the life on the sea. I also recommend Serenity diving at the hotel,
A super nice and extremely knowledgeable scuba diving team! You can also walk to a desert beach at the end of the peninsula through the beach and the abandoned resort which is pretty cool. We loved the Blue Lagoon and all what is around.
