Sin factura una semana después y pidiéndola por todos las cauces posibles

Cons:

El personal, me tenían que mandar la factura por e-mail y después de pedirla por la aplicación y por e-mail, siguen ignorando la petición así que mala nota por la nula atención al cliente..

l'indication de l'adresse donnée lors de la reservation est erronnée. nous sommes tombés dans un parking sans hotel dans Macon, heureusement qu'en notant uniquement hotel Inn Macon sur le gps, celui ci nous conduit directement autre part a la bonne adresse

Ontbijt was prima,lokatie dicht bij snelweg,winkels en tanken vlakbij ,prima plek voor een nachtje op doorreis!

Peu mieux faire
Pros:

l'accueil, le petit déjeuné, l'hôtel date un peu mais pour une étape ce n'est pas grave

Cons:

Le manque de prise électrique surtout pour la tête de lit, mon époux a un masque pour l'apnée du sommeil, on a du demandé une rallonge, avec un câble sur le sol pas très sécurisant
