Pros:

Le petit déjeuner, la proximité de Mushroom Bay, la piscine (bien qu'elle soit trop proche de la rue), le personnel serviable et sympathique, la location de scooter sur place

Cons:

Notre chambre était très sale à notre arrivée, un peu mieux après une intervention du patron de l'hôtel, mais vraiment pas digne de 3 étoiles... et surtout, une odeur nauséabonde permanente des canalisations dans la "salle de bain". C'était extrêmement bruyant, nuit et jour, du fait de la proximité de la rue et des chiens errants alentours

Most helpful and friendly staff member, a mosquito net over the bed, what really did the job, fan and air conditioning option and a nice bathroom, with getting 2 bottle of water daily refilled.

Friendly & helpful staff but the property is in need of some TLC
Pros:

The host and the staff were very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was beautifully presented and very good. The manager was very helpful with booking our ferry back to Bali and complimentary transport to the ferry. The location was great, as we did not have bikes, and could walk easily to lovely Mushroom beach, and Tamarind Beach, with lots of cafes and restaurants to choose from. The room was passable with a nice deck, and the beds were comfy. The pool was a nice size and refreshing.

Cons:

Our room/hut/bungalow was not made-up /cleaned for the 3 nights/days that we were there. There was a small hanging rail but no hangers. There was a round chest-of-drawers which was basically useless as drawers were so small, so no where to put or hang your things. The only shelf had a small fridge on it. The room, which had two twin beds close to each other might have been extra crammed because of the two beds, but I could sit in bed and get something out of the fridge if I wanted to! The mosquito net which was really for one big bed, was stretched across us and was in need of a wash. There was a safe in there, but it was really hard to close ( with a key) and more important I could pick it up with one hand, and quite easily tuck it into a small bag! There were no bedside table - as absolutely no room, and - like many places - no bedside lights. Because the room was so tiny they would have to be on the wall anyway. The gardens were a bit sad and needed attention, as did the whole place. The pool although a good size, was very close to the road, so noisy and exposed . Some plants growing up in front of the short wall would help. There was also a large bean bag, not meant for the water, floating in the pool, and leaking out the contents. It was also staring to go mouldy as it clearly is not meant for the pool. I believe the place had been taken over recently and is in need of a bit of love and care, a lick of paint and general tidying up and attention. The host and staff as mentioned were very friendly and helpful, so with some extra work put in to the property I am sure, and hope they do well. AN UPDATE since posting this review: the owner called me to clarify the situation with a very professional follow up call which was greatly appreciated. As I said before, I wish them well with the business.

Pros:

It was the perfect end to a wonderful vacation. Evelyn the host was so gracious and helpful, above and beyond.
Beautiful pool. Although the shower had salty water, you need to remember that this is a small island and you need to put up with tiny inconveniences at any stay here.

Clean cozy and convenient
Pros:

Evelyn was amazing, nothing was too much trouble, it is very basic but that was all we wanted.
Evelyn organised all our transfers, scooter hire, washing, and snorkeling trip, we enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

No hot water due to hot water system not working, they tried to have it repaired but it was t done properly, however it didn’t really matter as the weather was amazing anyway!

What not to like here? Perfect hosts, staff and rooms. Lovely swimming pool to cool down. Excellent breakfast and best dinners we had on the island. Enjoyed our stay and would go back anytime.

We would highly recommend and always come back. The owners are superb and extremely friendly and helpful.
Pros:

We loved it. Great Location. Wonderful Bungalows with neat and clean bed and sheets. Great bathrooms. Water cooker, tea, coffee and drinking water in the room. Fantastic pool and great staff. We loved it. Beautiful garden property.

Cons:

The shower and bathroom sink has saltwater. Was unexpected but since there is drinking water supplied we used that for brushing teeth.

Central located hut with helpful staff
Pros:

The location is very central and the staff super helpful and approachable. Also you can choose various breakfast options and rent a scooter

Cons:

The hut was not really clean and because it's located along a busy road, you hear a lot traffic.
