Spotless, comfortable, huge room / beds, bathroom / 2x balconies, location perfect. Simple, beautiful fresh breakfast. Staff were the sweetest, available 24/7 for anything you needed.

A beautiful hotel in an idyllic setting. The pool is refreshing, the rooms seem luxurious. Bedding was great, silk robes!
The bicycle that I borrowed was a little old and not overly maintained.
Absolument tout était super ! L’emplacement est idéal, et tout peut se faire à pied ! La chambre est propre, spacieuse et très belle. Le personnel est adorable et aux petits soins.
La piscine aurait mérité d’être un peu plus grande et plus simple d’utilisation avec davantage de transats mais c’est le seul petit point

Great location near enough to the main drag but a bit outside so it is more peaceful. Run by a wonderful couple. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was very good. They arranged transportation to/from Hanoi.
Perfect location, beautiful rooms & amazing staff!
We stayed here for 3 nights and arrived late from Ha Giang. The staff were very nice & friendly and the hotel offered 24/7 reception which was a life saver at 3am post sleeper bus. The rooms were beautiful, spacious and very comfortable.
The breakfast was also very good quality and there was plenty of choice. The property also offers bike rentals which are great value. I would highly recommend renting a push bike and exploring the area it is beautiful!

Nothing it was perfect.
The receptionists were phenomenal! This was our first time in Ninh Bình, Vietnam. They show us where to go, and which restaurant to eat. Our bus was late at night. They accommodate for us to stay extra hour.
The staff, Anh, Xuan & Cuong, were so helpful, friendly and gave us all the information we needed about our stay & the place. Beautiful hotel, we couldn’t ask for more. Loved the breakfast every morning & the location too. Thanks to the staff for your hospitality.
Everything was beautiful.
We are a family of 5, 2 adults and 3 kids and the family room was perfect, spacious enough, super clean. The staff was lovely and helped us renting bikes. The location is close to everything with great restaurants within walking distance.

I absolutely loved my stay here. There’s nothing not to like. It’s a little boutique hotel. The room was beautiful, it has a cute little balcony and very comfortable bed. It’s brand new and for what I paid it was amazing value. It’s close enough to walk to the main part of town and what made my stay more special was the staff. They are so welcoming, helpful, lovely and kind and run the hotel extremely well everything was perfect. I’ll definitely book again on my next trip to Vietnam.

Het hotel was zeer schoon en had een lekker ontbijt. De locatie is perfect: in een rustiger gebied maar wel in de buurt van de natuur en van het centrum van het dorpje. Zeer vriendelijk personeel.
