The roaches they were everywhere in the tub in the bathroom sink even when I was walking out of the lobby they were everywhere it was disturbing to see all the homeless people outside

Pros:

I didn't like anything there the roaches is so bad my wife and I couldn't even get any sleep from the roaches crawling everywhere the carpet also was dirty and smelling the TV remote doesn't work with the TV.

Cons:

I didn't like anything. If the rooms was clean like they keep the lobby. It probably wouldn't be bad but we wouldn't stay there again.

Big rooms. Big windows. Warm.

Cons:

Bathroom exhaust very dirty. Needs heavy duty cleaning. Vent cover not bolted down. Front sliding doors were not working, so lobby exposed to extreme cold during the winter blast.

Cannabis and cigarette smoking in rooms. THC leaked into mine. Halls were smelling of cannabiis on and off.

Pros:

How the attendant was so good to make sure all my requests were met and didn't hesitate to ask or fix the issue! Was awesome of him to do that for me, my girl and her daughter. I thank you again so much.

The worst place you can stay. Attention of the receptionist was great but that’s the only good thing I can say about this place. Dirty AF, I couldn’t even stay for more than a short few hours. The microwave in my room didn’t work, toilet was dirty, carpet too, mirror. At least the sheets and towels looked “clean” and the place looks dangerous and unsafe. Don’t book here
