A comfortable small place to stay
Pros:

The host was really friendly and responsive. Getting into the room was easy. The underground parking was a blessing.

Cons:

The streets in the neighbourhood are super-narrow, some don't even have pavements, and car parking around is pretty much impossible. So definitely take the parking place if you arrive by car.

Everything was great. Highly recommend
Pros:

Perfect condition. Perfect location. Haven’t seen the host (which is great), but they were very helpful via telegram when needed. First floor. Shelter if needed. Nice fridge. Hot water and electricity 24/7 as advertised

Cons:

Картина на первом этаже над парковкой. Каждый раз когда машина заезжает слышно гул который напоминает взлет и посадку самолётов. Оно не мешает спать и жить, но для людей с прифронтовых территорий может быть триггером.

Pros:

Зручне місцерозташування, до Аркадії хвилин 20 пішки. Світло завжди було, незважаючи на відключення в місті в деяких районах по 8-12 годин.
В номері все є, як в квартирі. Дуже зручно. Комунікація з адміністрацією через чат, проблем не було.

Зупинялись в готелі з дитиною на одну ніч , приїздили по справах. Приємне враження від номера, маленького, але дуже зруч
