Nothing at all
This hotel is small and personal. The staff are all amazingly friendly and helpful. The little extra touches make you feel very special. The complimentary herbal foot bath soak in the room was lovely. The spiral staircase and beautiful gardens completely surround the lobby areas
Toilet was located in one cubicle with shower. Little unusual
The staff were very proactive in making sure anything that wasn't to our liking was fixed and went out of their way to make my wife (who is pregnant) and me (who is picky) feel catered for. We stayed for 2 nights then went to Hoi An for the weekend when we return to stay another night they had written 'Welcome Back" in rose petals on our bed and had this cute elephant made out of towels... it was really romantic and made us feel well cared for. Everything they recommended we do was actually exceptional. I wish they had a gym but I think it is a more romantic personal thing they are offering here so access to those facilities can be passed. I mean the beach is very close by so...

The room was very comfortable, featuring a massive bed (made of two double mattresses pushed together). The laundry service was also super fast and convenient, and the staff was very nice and friendly. Overall, it’s a very cute place if you just need a base and don't plan on spending all day in the room or using the hotel facilities.
This is definitely not a 5 star hotel.
The pool is tiny and very warm (though to be fair, most pools in the area are quite warm).
Breakfast consists of a very cheap buffet with basic supermarket sliced bread and a few cut fruits. You do get to order one main dish from a menu (simple omelets or smoothie bowls). However, only basic black coffee is included - if you want an iced coffee, an espresso, or anything slightly more "complex," you have to pay extra.
Additionally, there was construction noise starting around 9:00 AM every single day. We complained on the first day and were promised earplugs, but never received them.
Lastly, our bed sheets weren't changed for several days. When I asked about it, I was told it was because we didn't hang the "please change sheets" sign on the door. In most hotels around the world (and in this area), cleaning is standard. If room service depends entirely on a door sign, that is something that absolutely needs to be made clear during check-in.
This hotel was absolutely beautiful, the way so much nature was incorporated into its design and the staff and facilities were amazing. I highly recommend staying here, not far from the beach and such lovely staff. Lisa and Nathan were amazing!
