Pros:

We had a great stay at Hotel O Property....the location of the hotel is perfect as it is accessible to all the necessity around like it's close to the colva beach or shopping places around.... Also the staff at the property is very helpful and polite.

Definitely recommend stay!!

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel O property ..... Property is good in terms of budget friendly stay also present in very good location which is in South Goa which is very cool and calm place to stay and more interesting part is property is walkable distance from the Colva Beach. Alos the staff there is very helpful and Humble

Very disappointing.

Cons:

Very disappointed with the cleanliness of the whole property. It was dirty, the duvet was light brown under the cover. The bathroom bin still had garbage disposed by previous occupiers. I had requested a room change, they said they'd do it and never heard from them again.
I don't know how, but the staff wrote a review on my behalf giving the property 10. I'd recommend a strict action against this, how dare they get into someone's account like this?

Staff has no idea about many things. Restaurant order you get after 1.5 hr. Stay passable. Restaurant worst experience. They first provide online orders then think about customer order who stay there.

Not a hotel it's a Guest house
Pros:

This is not a hotel, it is a Guest house! It's name is Triple Beach guest house , in oyo it is showing in different name i.e hotel O benalium , not a single other facilities except stay
We are very much disappointed ☹️

Cons:

Hotel location is beautiful, rooms are big with balcony, clean!

When we riched hotel in morning they said we are not taking booking. Com booking because u have booked at low price then they tell us to booking hotel on oyo app

Even then had banner of booking.com ratings
Still they don't allow us to give booking
Then we booked it from oyo
