Konum ve oda güzeldi. Kahvaltının açık büfe olması güzel. Otel bakımlı ve ferah

Cons:

Odada sıcak su yoktu ve bununla ilgili destek yeteri kadar verilmedi. Padel kortlarının hemen yanında olması kötüydü çünkü sabahın yedisinde ve akşamın 12sinde dahi oynayanlar oluyor. Sürekli bir gürültü hali yani. Menüdeki avakodolu seçeneklerin hiç birini deneyimleyemedik. 2 gün boyunca avokado yoktu ve temin edilmedi.

Pros:

New hotel nice equipped room

Cons:

Noise from the restaurant floor above the room, no hot water ( we had three rooms) staff breakfast friendly but forgot orders eggs and coffee Last day it improved after complaining. Reception staff great. I think they have to do sime homework Do not understand high rating

Pros:

Mooi en nieuw hotel op een rustige plek in Canggu. Personeel is erg vriendelijk en het ontbijt uitgebreid.

Cons:

Onze kamer was gehorig en naast het hotel zit een grote padelbaan, wat af en toe storend was. De douche werd niet altijd warm.
Dit hebben we aangegeven en de medewerkers van de receptie hebben dit op een erg prettige en goede manier opgepakt.

Lovely and relaxing made to feel welcome - lovely birthday experience.
Pros:

The property felt safe and welcoming and a lively vibe. Beautiful surprise in room for birthday ❤️

Cons:

My very minor criticism is that room service plates left in room after cleaning, and then when placed outside room they were left in corridor for two days.

Beautiful hotel, more like a resort to me, very relaxing place to be😎
