Fantastic walkable location, close to markets, shops, food and beach. Onsite gym is well equiped, pool area is modern and clean.

Great location - in close proximity to many cafes, restaurants, spas and shops. Super friendly staff - they went out their way to accommodate our requests quickly and seamlessly. Given we arrived late and close to the bed time, the staff was kind enough to prepare a bigger room for us quickly, so we could put our baby to sleep on time. Also, their welcome food and drinks were a nice touch! At breakfast they had lots of options for anyone’s liking, they’d even peal fresh fruits for you.
The hotel is located next to the paddle courts which can be super noisy at night. We really struggled falling asleep hearing people cheer. The carpets in the rooms looked a bit worn out which can be improved. And we didn’t have hot water running in the bathtub. Otherwise, everything else was great!
All the employees are super friendly and have eye fro the details. They clearing up the empty plates, etc directly when they see it.
Big size swimming pool.
Big room. We have premium room. We received an upgrade and fantastic decoration for my beloved birthday . They did very good job. Thank you so much. Yogi, Bogie and all the employees are friendly beautiful.. absolutely very good team… even not to forget the securities smiling greetings. I would love to book TUI Blue next time with my big family. We use to book TUI in Europe… they have always big fantastic hotels everywhere. I am happy they have in Bali.
Our breakfast was so completely perfect. We can choose a la carte and also buffet at the same time with so many choices.
I would say they should pay attention for cleaning the glasses in bathroom as it’s not clean every time we enter the room.
The toilet seat was broken when we checked in. Mold at the corner of the shower. They really need to do something about it, otherwise it will get worse if not treated with anti-mold. And the shower floor needs to be brushed… because we stayed for 2 weeks it is starting to
The room is not soundproof because the door frames have many gaps. I hear a loud creaking sound from the door system every 10 minutes. You have to be careful with the door when going outside; you have to hold your room card against it again to lock up. If you don't, the door doesn't close by itself. It is a very strange system. In every hotel, it should close and lock by itself. You only hold the card when opening your room. It locks by itself only on nyepi day as they shutdown the electricity. I forgot to tell this when we were there.
Location right in the middle of Canggu ,, rooms are way better than the komu or other similar stars hotels around
Bidet shower is cheap plastic and has extreme pressure and no control ,,
It may add one or two extra holes in the body ,,
*Hardly any hot water in the shower
* The most poor side is bathrooms are too dark ,, very poor lighting if you want to shave or colour your hair

Напор в душе был прыгающим и было не совсем удобно принимать душ, так как приходилось ждать восстановления напора воды :( мы также ужинали в ресторане, было удовлетворительно вкусно, есть куда расти в плане вкуса еды на ужин. К персоналу вопросов нет, очень внимательные сотрудники 🙏🏻 большая им благодарность!
Наши соседи очень шумели и хлопали дверью в ночное время, двери требуют установки сглаживающиего противоударного механизма.
Нам не была предоставлена скидка 15% на еду и напитки, которую обещал booking.com. Как мы узнали, скидка только в шоколадном магазине
We enjoyed everything about this place. The breakfast was fabulous, the staff was very helpful all the time, the rooms were clean and spacious and the hotel is situated in a convenient location. There are shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, and beach clubs in the area.

Petit déjeuner incroyable, personnel adorable et toujours prêt à rendre service. L'hôtel est moderne, bien situé et propose tout ce que l'on peut attendre d'un 5* à un très bon prix. La piscine sur le toit avec le bar est la touche finale qui fait plaisir après une longue journée.
Problème d'eau chaude dans la chambre mais on nous a changé de chambre et problème résolu.
