Pros:

Excellent séjour ! L'hôtel est moderne, plein de charme et très bien situé, avec plein de commerces facilement accessibles à pied. La salle de bain est top, la literie super confortable et le personnel vraiment aux petits soins.

Cons:

Rien à reprocher à l'hôtel en lui-même. Seul petit bémol indépendant de l'établissement : on entend parfois le bruit des terrains de padel voisins, ce qui peut être un peu gênant par moments.

Comfortabel
Pros:

Groot en comfortabel bed, je kan aan alles zien dat dit een goed hotel is. Zwembad op de bovenste verdieping en niet druk. Alles wordt goed schoongemaakt en voelde erg hygienisch. Het personeel was erg behulpzaam wanneer ik iets nodig had, wanneer ik om een fohn vroeg of toen ik ziek werd. Ze aarzelde geen seconde om een dokter voor mij te bellen toen ik me niet goed voelde. Ook hebben ze leuke extra’s zoals toegang tot bepaalde grote beachclubs in Canggu. Daarnaast bevind het hotel zich op een plek waar ook een grote padelbaan zit, een wellness, een supermarkt, of een starbucks waar je op vertoon van je hotelpasje korting kreeg. Locatie was daardoor ook top, alles wat je nodig hebt zit op een paar meter afstand.

Cons:

De wc en gootsteen zaten snel verstopt waardoor ze al gauw onbruikbaar waren en ik gebruik moest maken van de openbare wc in de lobby. Overigens was mijn verblijf maar kort dus heb ik dit niet gemeld, anders weet ik vrij zeker dat ze adequaat gehandeld hadden en naar een oplossing hadden gezocht.

Not for families, a bit unfortunate
Pros:

- The location is very good (but also in a busy area)
- The villas are very spacious
- The staff is friendly

Cons:

- The pool was quite cold and therefore not really attractive to swim
- We were with a family and it seems not the right property for families. A lot of folks smoking, the villa was not clean enough to have our child crawling around, little stones at the pool. A lot of things which are not an issue for adults, but for children those are issues.

Balinin en iyi oteli.
Pros:

Herşey harikaydı . Çalışanlar yemekler imkanlar konum herşey daha iyi olamazdı. Çok beğendik.

Cons:

Oda ile ilgili sıcak su, ve elektrikle alakalı ufak sıkıntılarımız oldu, ama bu bence bizim şanssızlığımız :) çünkü her geldiklerinde 2-3 dk da çözüme ulaştırdılar. Ve ayrıcalık sağladılar. Yani sevmediğim birşey yoktu.

Le personnel très agréable et souriant, le petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix et la très bonne literie

Cons:

Nous avons surtout déçus par la propreté et certains aspects de la gestion de l’hôtel. La salle de sport est bien équipée, mais il n’y avait ni serviettes ni eau à disposition, et les équipements n’étaient pas nettoyés entre les utilisations. Nous avons demandé à plusieurs reprises à la réception s’il était possible d’avoir des serviettes et de l’eau. À chaque fois, on nous a indiqué que cela allait être fait, mais malgré nos demandes répétées pendant plusieurs jours, personne ne s’en est finalement occupé. Nous avons donc dû utiliser les serviettes de notre chambre pour pouvoir faire du sport, ce qui était assez contraignant.

Nous avons également trouvé la propreté générale très décevante notamment le sol de la chambre, qui paraissait propre mais était en réalité très sale lorsque nous marchions pieds nus. En fin de journée, de la vaisselle et du room service pouvaient également rester longtemps dans les couloirs devant les chambres. Le ménage de la chambre était par ailleurs assez irrégulier d’un jour à l’autre. Enfin, l’absence de serviettes pouvant être utilisées pour la plage est assez peu pratique pour un séjour à Canggu.

Villa環境非常舒適，員工服務很貼心，走路外出就是餐廳和Bar區域，非常便利。但需要接受晚間可能仍有吵雜聲。
Pros:

早餐很豐盛，有buffet還可以吃到飽，入住三晚Villa有一天早餐還可以安排floating breakfast

Cons:

附近鄰近bar & 運動場地，所以晚上很晚外部聲音還是蔓吵雜

Great location, new hotel, good facilities
Pros:

Had a great bathtub in the room! Big balcony with comfy chairs. Room was spotless and breakfast was ok. Smooth check in with friendly staff

Cons:

The room we stayed was on the top floor, many street noise in the night and banging doors. Breakfast is nothing special, many choices but all poor quality.
