Un palacio con poco encanto
Pros:

La ubicación. Literalmente está a un paso de la Arena. Igualmente bien ubicado para el transporte público a la estación de tren.

Cons:

La subida en escalera es dura. Son varias planta cargando equipaje.
La decoración mucho más austera de lo que esperábamos. Le falta encanto para nuestro gusto.
Pasamos frío. Mediados de octubre estaba la calefacción apagada. Los aparatos de AC no aportaban calidez suficiente al ambiente.

Zentrale, außergewöhnliche Wohnung für max. zwei Personen
Pros:

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in einer Nebenstraße der Arena di Verona. Sie ist außergewöhnlich geschnitten und eingerichtet, sauber und optimal für bis zu zwei Personen.
Die Informationen von und der Austausch mit Postcardsfrom war vielsagend und zuverlässig, sehr gut.

Cons:

Die Wohnung kann man nur ohne Auto erreichen; das nahegelegenen Parkhaus Saba Arsenale ist 7 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und kostet derzeit 21€/24h. Die Wohnung selbst erreicht man über viele kleine Stufen; der erste Eingang zum Wohnungseingang befindet sich auf der ersten Etage.
Nachts kommt die Müllabfuhr ein-/zweimal, laut säubern/leeren.
Die Aus-check-Uhrzeit 10Uhr ist eine Stunde zu früh, wenn man noch frühstücken (gehen) möchte und dann noch die Reisetaschen zum Parkhaus tragen muss.

Cons:

Sinceramente ci vuole un rapporto onesto tra qualità e prezzo, ed in questo caso è del tutto squilibrato. Il palazzo è in centro ed è un bellissimo palazzo, ma questo non può bastare a giustificare 170 euro per una notte. Non c'è colazione inclusa, nessuno staff che ti accoglie, tutto molto freddo e distante. L'appartamento (nel mio caso Bon Bon) era fornito al minimo indispensabile, veramente il minimo, con pessimo caffè e il "niente" in bagno. Classico frazionamento orribile di palazzi storici, con bagno e cucinotto ricavati malamente in maniera da deturpare il tutto. In tutta onestà, va bene l'architettura esterna/interna, ma non basta a giustificare la somma richiesta. Anche 100 euro a notte sarebbero eccessive.

Sehr ruhig gelegen aber super zentral! Unser Appartement "Milano" hatte eine kleine Terrasse. Wir erhielten rechtzeitig eine sehr gute Beschreibung zum Check-in.
