Pros:

Мы впервые были в Стамбуле. Останавливались на 4 ночи. Отель заказывала заранее ориентируясь на отзывы. Отель оправдал ожидания. Местоположение, завтраки- все действительно на 10. Сам номер тоже был хорош, все работало и было чисто.
Персонал профессиональный и очень доброжелательный.
Если бы пришлось еще раз путешествовать в Стамбул, однозначно поиск жилья начала бы с этого отеля.

Cons:

Нам не хватило русскоязычного человека в персонале) Из-за сложности в общении возможно не смогли использовать все доступные услуги). Если говорите на английском, то у вас проблем не будет вообще.

The hotel was excellent, everything was perfect. The hotel, the cleaning, the staff, the rooms—everything was great!

A very cozy, clean hotel, located in the very center. The rooms are comfortable, the staff is wonderful. I especially want to thank the receptionist, Burak. He is a very responsive, pleasant man who helped solve all our travel problems and was helpful with communication. Thank him very much.
