First choice for Waterford
Pros:

exceptionally friendly helpful staff - it really stands out. ..Lovely comfortable room. Best value for money. Easy to park right beside it. The food was good in the bar. I travel for work a lot and will always choose this hotel has my first choice in Waterford.

Cons:

There is nothing I could complain about. My TV didn't work but this was quickly resolved by the staff

Relaxing .comfortable
Pros:

Location .staff cleanliness comfort leisure facilities. Food and bar .have stayed several times home away from home.never disappoints !! Staff friendly from reception to bar to breakfast area.go out of there way to meet any extra requirements that may be needed. Value for money . Highly recomend this hotel.

Pros:

Sean was the best bar manager..we had 2 drinks before walking to pick up our aunt in mowlam...it was very busy with a funeral and wedding..I just mentioned was it ok to bring wheelchair to the corner booth..when we came back less than an hour later he had it reserved for us..very thoughtful
