Nice comfortable hotel
Pros:

Have stayed a couple of times, it’s a Nice hotel with friendly staff, rooms and beds comfortable and it’s good value. Pool is great too. It’s a bit outside the city but a good base in Waterford if you have a car.

Cons:

the payment comes out randomly before you get there, even though they say it’s only securing the payment it takes it from your bank account in advance which is unusual for booking.

Plenty of parking

Cons:

That the lift broke down with partner and child in it and the doors only opened half way list they got out
Couple of rooms down maintence in doing work drills hammering through the walls early saturday morning

Friendly, straightforward ,roomy and good full Breakfast in the morning
Pros:

Room was plenty big high ceilings large bathroom but shower felt a little cramped inside the bath good water pressure plenty of hot water. Friendly staff and bar downstairs serving food, big open car park

A lovely 3 night stay. Very friendly and efficient staff. Gym and pool are lovely and clean, as was the bedroom
