Fourth time staying here and will return for a fifth!
Pros:

Friendly and professional staff always make us feel welcome. Booked into our favourite which has amazing views and is locate far from lift noise.

Cons:

Would’ve preferred breakfast to be included in the price and a variation on prices - 2 slices of toast cost the same as a full Irish breakfast due to set pricing.

Wold also love the convenience of having a small fridge in the room to keep drinks and medication cool… please consider.

Great hotel, very friendly staff
Pros:

Location is ideal for many of the attractions in and around Waterford. Hotel is very family friendly with a pool, gym, sauna etc. Staff are very helpful

Very comfortable 2 night stay.would stay again
Pros:

Excellent breakfast and staff.
Staff in the evening, magda and megan ,were excellent and friendly .
Comfortable room and bed.

Cons:

Shower was a bit out of date
Would have preferred the evening menu to include more vegetables and not mostly cards.

Disappointing compared to first visit doubtful if I'd return
Pros:

Breakfast was very disappointing very little hot food ready morning staff not overly nice or welcoming compared to the first time don't know if I'd return or recommend
