The stay was overall comfortable but the hotel was promoted incorrectly which soured the experience.
Pros:

The food and overall hospitality was good especially when they knew my senior citizen parents were the guests.

Cons:

The site mentioned Park Inn by Radisson to be a 5 star property but this was atmost a 4 star property. We were fooled by the wrong promotion - either done by Booking.com side or by the Hotel's side, not sure. The pics on the website vs the actual was way different.
