Nella media degli hotel di Londra, con un po più di pulizia generale non sarebbe male.
Pros:

Posizione centralissima in una zona tranquilla e elegante. Vicino c è supermercato e farmacia e a pochi minuti dai mezzi. Il responsabile è stato disponibile a assecondarci con un cambio camera dopo un disguido con la prenotazione.

Cons:

Non particolarmente pulito, il bagno era visibilmente tenuto male e molto scomodo per persone alte o robuste.
Il secondo giorno senza che ci venisse detto dei membri dello staff hanno preso il phon della camera senza però sostituirlo, così che la sera sono stata costretta a uscire coi capelli bagnati. Il membro dello staff più vicino ha portato un phon nuovo ma solo in tardissima serata (quando stavamo già dormendo)

Host molto gentile e sempre disponibile!posizione ottima per girare diverse zone di Londra a piedi. Stanza di ottime dimensioni e bagno in camera. Presenti in zona diversi bar e ristoranti

Pulizia da migliorare...presente la moquette che è un must a Londra ma sarebbe da pulire bene. Ho lamentato poca pulizia delle lenzuola e sono state cambiate subito

Misleading room description + terrible experience with customer service
Cons:

Terrible experience at this hotel with my family.
The room was advertised on Booking as having a private bathroom and didn’t mention anything about it being in the corridor. Prior to our arrival, I called the hotel AND sent them a message in which I wrote ‘I’d like to make sure we’ll have a spacious enough ensuite bedroom’ as this was very important to one of our kids for personal reasons, and they replied ‘the room includes all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay’, still not mentioning the bathroom being in the corridor.
There was no front desk at the hotel, no one to talk to in person. The man who showed us in disappeared without even saying goodbye. Incidentally, the phone number provided on Booking for the hotel didn’t work. We were given a different phone number by the vanishing guy to communicate with the hotel – a number which we saw on WhatsApp is associated with a different hotel. The person I spoke to on the phone promised they would have their reservation team call me first thing in the morning, which never happened, and then went AWOL whenever I tried to contact them again.
The bathroom – in the corridor – didn’t even lock and a massive chunk of hair was blocking the shower drain, which did nothing to placate us.
I sent them screenshots straight away. I have two screenshots proving the corridor bathroom wasn’t mentioned anywhere on Booking, and a screenshot of my message about the ensuite.
In the light of this evidence, Booking agreed to a £75 refund (10% of the cost of our stay) out of their own pocket and tried contacting the hotel countless times for a further refund. The hotel didn’t agree to refund us a single pound.
We are appalled at the flippancy and lack of respect shown by this hotel in handling this. I waited till the very last minute to post this review and spent ages on the phone to Booking to try to fix this, to no avail. The hotel won’t budge, despite the proof. Unbelievable.

Pros:

Oda klimalı olması, tertemiz olması konumu çok çok iyi. Çalışan kişi çok güler yüzlü ve yardımcı. Yatakları konforlu. Biz üçüncü katta kaldık evet merdiveni bavullarla zordu lakin klasik bir londra apartmanı için bu olmak zorunda, sorun olarak göremeyiz. Yoksa bu klasikleşmiş dairede kalamazsınız. Kesinlikle londrada oldugunuzu hissetmek için değerdi. Checkout yaptıktan sonra bavul bırakabileecek olmakda cook iyi oldu. Birgün önce online checkin yaptıgımız için sanırım saat 15 i beklemeden otele giris yaptk.

Beautifully located and great neighbourhood.
Pros:

The location was really great! Spacy enough for one room apartment for family of 4. Bathroom was private and the room had AC which it was really good! The bus stop and metro stations were 5-7’ by foot which was very convenient!

Cons:

Nothing at all. A suggestion would be to get a small refrigerator especially for summer months!
