Location is superb to be very close to the tram station, Grand Bazaar and nearby shops, including a grocery store next door. It took about 10-20 min easy walk to Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern, Blue Mosque and the Topkapi Palace.
The staff is super friendly and helpful, and very accommodating of our needs. We booked the shuttle from and to the airport through the hotel, which worked out smoothly and nicely. We can pay for the shuttle fees upon checking-out.
The included breakfast selection is great, and the patio view is very nice.
We plan to stay here again next time.

Nice property, excellent services, good breakfast, exceptional staff. I would like to thank Veysel for his kindness and professionalism. He assisted us every day to make our trip wonderful. All the staff were excellent, the room was cleaned every day and towels were changed every day. very perfect location.
Our room was a bit dark, I recommend stronger light bulbs.

The first room they brought us yo room.302 had a sink that was damaged so they moved us to another much better room

Het personeel is supervriendelijk en -behulpzaam en de locatie is top: Hagia Sophia, Topkapıpaleis en grote bazaar zijn op loopafstand. Als lopen lastig is: de tramhalte van T1 is op 50 meter afstand, en daarmee kun je de bezienswaardigheden ook bereiken. Reken echter niet op een zitplek.
De kamer (101) was erg donker. Het ontbijt was, net zoals in ons andere hotel in Turkije, anders dan ik gewend ben: veel olijven, kazen en smeersels/dips.
De locatie en grote, schone kamers en zeer vriendelijke personeel. Regelde apart iets voor ontbijt ivm allergie.
Отличный отель .Расположение-лучше не бывает.Трамвайная остановка и торговая улица в нескольких минутах ходьбы.Завтрак отличный . Несколько горячих блюд и много всяких салатов и сладостей.Очень вкусная выпечка.Персонал очень дружелюбный.Организовали трансфер из и в аэропорт.Хорошее соотношение цена-качество.Следующий раз только сюда.Спасибо за великолепный отдых и отношение к своим гостям.Всего самого хорошего всем работникам этого отеля.Еще раз-СПАСИБО. А Стамбул-очень красивый и колоритный город.Хочется вернутся и в отель и в город.

L'emplacement est idéal pour rayonner dans toute la ville. Tramway a 3 min. Personnel aimable et agréable.
