The best feature of this hotel is the excellent staff team - everyone we met was friendly and helpful.
in particular the reception team were great - excellent welcome and always offering help.
The rooms need a bit of maintenance.
The top floor rooms are a bit noisy due to the rooftop bar and air con units etc..

Amenities and attractions including blue mosque and grand bazaar. Service was fantastic. Due to Ramadan they opened restaurant early in the morning to serve us. Ibrahim, Berden, Vysel and all other staff were always very helpful.

Die Rooftopbar des Hotels mit Blick auf den Bosporus ist mit Sicherheit das Higlight des Hotel. Das Frühstück war umfangreich und gut. Das Personal war immer ansprechbar, freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Die Rezeptionisten haben sehr gut Englisch gesprochen und und bei Fragen bzgl. der Stadt gerne Unterstützt.
Die Preise in der Bar waren unserer Ansicht nach, bezogen auf das Preisniveu des Landes zu hoch.

Tout était parfait et notamment la localisation qui est centrale et très importante à Istanbul qui est une très grande ville

Elhelyezkedés, tisztaság, naponta takarítás, kaptunk második nap után ágynemű cserét is. Recepción kedvesek voltak, akármikor vissza mentünk szállásra egybol kerdeztek kérünk-e kávét teát, esetleg valami mást. Épület tetején a terasz hangulatos, amikor mi voltunk nem üzemelt a bàr rész, valószínűleg a hideg időjárás miatt. Ettol függetlenül fel lehetett menni leülni.
A reggeli mindennap ugyanaz volt, de nem probléma mert választékos volt. Lehetett boven válogatni.

Although it was my first time using the hotel, I was given early check-in and breakfast, which allowed me to start sightseeing early. Mr. VEYSEL at the reception was extremely gentlemanly and pleasant, and the hospitality was on par with that of a luxury hotel. Arriving just a one-minute walk from the station, it was extremely convenient, and our room was upgraded, making for a comfortable stay. The rooftop design and view were also fantastic. By Mr. VEYSEL's recommendation, we took a dinner cruise, where we were able to watch various traditional Turkish dances up close, making for a truly wonderful evening. After checking out, a taxi was arranged for me to the airport, and we arrived safely. However, I panicked when I realized I had left my smartphone in the taxi due to my mistake. I immediately called the hotel and explained the situation, and Mr. VEYSEL's prompt and appropriate response allowed me to retrieve my smartphone safely, and we are able to make it in time for our flight check-in.
The shower boot may be a little narrow.
