Hotel molto accogliente e pulito, in posizione centralissima, abbiamo girato tutto a piedi. Camere ampie e ben tenute, colazione varia e buona. Ottimo il servizio e gentilissimo tutto lo staff. Grazie a tutto il team della reception che ci ha accolto con calore e disponibilità, in particolare a Veysel che ci ha suggerito e organizzato con professionalità varie attività e il trasferimento in aeroporto

Egy icipicit a hotel állapotán érződik, hogy túl van a legjobb napjain. Semmi kifogásolható, apró dolgok, el volt törve a hajszárító, de működött, el volt repedve a mosdótál, de minden működött és nagyon nagyon tiszta volt

La disponibilità e l’accoglienza dello staff (Veysel) che hanno dato consigli preziosi per visitare la città e prestato continue attenzioni. Ottimo il loro servizio di navetta per l’aeroporto con il caffè il the e L acqua che sono sempre disponibili. Hotel a 5 minuti dalle due moschee più importanti e colazione super ricca 🔝

Excelente personal
Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta para visitar Estambul andando o en tranvía.
El personal fue muy amable y atentos con nosotros. El último día, como teníamos que marcharnos pronto, nos prepararon café para llevar y unos sándwiches.
Muy recomendable.

Pros:

Wystrój, obsługa, lokalizacja i śniadanie wszystko na super poziomie!!! Żałowaliśmy że później zmieniliśmy lokalizację. Przy następnej wizycie w Istambule na pewno wybierzemy ten hotel!

I would absolutely come back!!
Pros:

This was close to everything. Practically walked everywhere we needed to get too!
Also the staff were super friendly! The whole of Türkiye is super kind.
Breakfast was great! Lots of bread and there was a lady who was really attentive. You can also request for your breakfast to be taken to your room! Our room was quaint and enough space for the 3 of us!
Veysel was amazingly helpful and kind! He and Abrahim looked after all of us and I was ever so grateful for them!

Cons:

I liked everything! Although I didn’t get a chance to check out the sauna and gym. The rest of the place was amazing!

in particular the reception team were great - excellent welcome and always offering help.

Cons:

The rooms need a bit of maintenance.
The top floor rooms are a bit noisy due to the rooftop bar and air con units etc..
