obsługa miła i pomocna, duży/przestronny pokój, bardzo korzystna lokalizacja.

Cons:

Très bonne expérience, je conseille
Pros:

Personnel très sympa et à l'écoute, chambre agréable mais un peu bruyant si se situe sur la rue, pdj très complet, situation de l'hôtel à 100 m du tram et idéal pour les visites et restaurants

Excelente hotel, ubicación excepcional, personal muy amable.
Pros:

El hotel está ubicado a pocos metros de una avenida ppal en donde pasa el Metro. Las instalaciones son muy cómodas, la terraza es excepcional. El personal de la entrada es muy amable y servicial.
No lo califico como "EXCELENTE" porque estuvimos en el mismo hotel dos veces (habitaciones 303 y 306), pero la segunda vez, cada vez que te duchabas el baño se "inundaba" completamente, porque la ducha tenía una pérdida que continuaba drenando agua hasta HORAS después de haberte duchado. Nunca hicieron nada para solucionarlo, durante los 3 días de nuestra estadía teníamos que usar uno de los toallones para hacer una "barricada" para evitar que el agua que inundaba el baño llegara hasta la habitación. Fue una verdaera lástima, de todas formas recomiendo el hotel, pero también recomiendo que si hay un problema RECLAMEN con insistencia, porque de otra forma no lo solucionan.

Habitación 306: cada vez que te duchabas el baño se "inundaba" completamente, porque la ducha tenía una pérdida que continuaba drenando agua hasta HORAS después de haberte duchado. Pros:

This is my 3rd time staying at this hotel. The staff are very professional and friendly. The hotel’s location is great, especially for first-time visitors. The breakfast is good, and the rooftop is a nice place to chill and have a drink.

Cons:

We got a standard room. Although the bed was comfortable, the material of the throw blanket was quite rough and should be replaced with a simple, softer blanket.
The bathroom also lacks proper ventilation and needs to be renovated or treated with an anti-mould product. The moisture has damaged all the grout in the shower as well as the ceiling, which doesn’t feel very healthy.

Hotel położony w odległości kilkuset metrów od głównych punktów do zwiedzania , w odległości 100m trasa tramwajowa T1 , niesamowicie uprzejma i pomocna obsługa hotelu od serwisu sprzątającego po Panów z recepcji w szczególności Pan Berzan który pomógł nam z transferem i rzeczami osobistymi które pomógł nam zanieść do auta zaparkowanego kilkaset metrów od hotelu , rzadko spotyka się nawet w najlepszych hotelach tak empatyczną a zarazem profesjonalną obsługę , świetna baza wypadowa , świetny hotel.

Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta. Cerca de todo! Estuvimos en una habitación familiar con lo que contábamos con 2 dormitorios y 2 baños. Muy cómodo. La habitación principal es exterior con un balcón y la otra tiene una ventanita a un patio de luces. Es un poco antiguo pero todo está cuidado y muy limpio. El desayuno está correcto. Tiene una terraza donde tomar algo con unas vistas espectaculares al mar, al puerto y la Mezquita Azul. El personal es muy amable y está pendiente de ayudarte. Mi hijo se encontraba mal y le subieron té a la habitación. Se cuidaron del transporte entre el hotel y el aeropuerto a un buen precio. Lo recomiendo y volvería sin dudarlo.

Cons:

Quizá le pondría algo más de iluminación a la habitación que queda interior. No es que sea imprescindoble pero la haría más agradable

Pros:

The staff at the hotel were very helpful. My friend and I had both booked the Aprilis Hotel at the same time through Booking.com. However, there are 3 Aprilis Hotels in Istanbul and Booking.com had booked us into different properties. However, the staff in the two hotels were able to sort out the booking so that we were both in the Aprilis Gold. I know nothing about the Aprilis Special Character hotel other than the staff kindly moved me to the other hotel.

Great value for money
Pros:

This hotel was in a perfect location, 5 minute walk from the blue mosque and lots of shops and restaurants. Ibrahim and all the staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough for you. I would highly recommend and will definitely be going back
