Arrivée sur place le chauffage ne marché pas j ai enclenché le disjoncteur mais pas de chaud , la télé n'était pas branché , les chaînes sautées , le spa venait d ouvrir pas d' accès on nous a amené un petit chauffage soufflant minuscule, on nous propose une réduction de 50% on decide de partir puis on nous propose de rester gratuitement ,de plus le vent faisait claquer la porte ,du coup on est parti en demandant le remboursement qui à pris 13 jours, ce jour là ils ouvraient mais ils etaient pas prêt et pas de spa, nous avons était très déçus pour 180€ la nuit sur booking

Excellent hôtel au milieu de la campagne proche de Cadaques et de Figueras. Chambre à la décoration soignée, confortable, ambiance paisible et personnel très agréable.
Le restaurant est excellent ainsi que les petits déjeuners, jus d’oranges frais, œufs et excellent café.

All in all, was a lovely and relaxed stay!
Pros:

We had a truly wonderful stay at Mas Lazuli! The place has an amazing atmosphere — so quiet and peaceful, exactly what we were looking for. The breakfast was absolutely delicious every morning, fresh and tasty, and it really set the tone for the day. What we also loved was having the restaurant right on site — being able to sit back with a glass of wine in the evening without having to go anywhere was just perfect. We couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommend!

Cons:

Check-in was a bit of a rocky start — we waited around 20 minutes for the receptionist to arrive and unfortunately none of the staff could tell us whether she was coming or how long she'd be. Not the most welcoming first impression.

We also found the staff a little limited when it came to local knowledge. When we asked about things to do in the area, the main suggestion was to use the bikes — but the staff member wasn't sure where they were kept. When we eventually found them, the tyres were all flat and the bikes were clearly not maintained. To top it off, nobody could tell us whether there were any safe cycling routes nearby that didn't involve riding on a highway, so we ended up not using them at all.

One more thing — it would be great to see a wider wine selection by the glass. The house wine was the only option and it wasn't really to our taste. A few more choices would go a long way, especially given how nice the setting is for an evening drink.

With a bit more attention to these details, Mas Lazuli could easily be a 5-star experience. We hope to see these things improved on our next visit!

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt auch im Frühling
Pros:

Kombi aus Historie, Modernität und Kunst. Qualität des Restaurants und des Service Personals ist exzellent.

Cons:

Der Check-in Prozess ist etwas aufwändig und die Schlüssel Regelung für Nächte ist etwas kompliziert. But who cares .. :)

Très bel endroit avec de belles prestations
Pros:

L'endroit est magnifique,paisible.
Un moment suspendu .
Du petit déjeuner au dîner tout est excellent,de très bons produits.
Le personnel très agréable,mention spéciale pour la serveuse brune aux cheveux longs avec des lunettes.
Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Cons:

La télévision ne fonctionnait pas.

Entorn millorable per Emporda, pero la situacio del Hotel, la decoracio m' ha encantat ! El personal molt amable i el menjar fabulos tan la cuina com l' esmorzar self- service .Tot plegat un 10 !
