Beautiful building but disappointing experience overall
Pros:

The building itself is beautiful, an old traditional house that has been beautifully restored. Small hotel with boutique feel. The room furnishings were beautiful.

Cons:

You can hear the road loudly from the restaurant and the pool. Our room wasn’t cleaned before 3:30pm but since we were back in the room the room wasn’t cleaned at all. Our standard room had the view partly on the parking lot. The AC was not cold at all (they wouldn’t let you put the fan on high and lower the temperature) and they just gave us a light bed sheet- clearly trying to cut costs and it was very uncomfortable with the heat. The restaurant was poorly managed with only one waiter for the whole evening as well as the morning and every night they had things missing from the menu. The coffee machine was broken both mornings. Half of the sun beds are old and very uncomfortable (you can’t lie on your front).

Pros:

Todos los rincones tienen encanto. Maravilloso desayuno.
Habitación muy cómoda e impecable.
Un remanso de paz

Cons:

Muy pocas hamacas en la piscina, y además la mayoría en mal estado. Deja mucho que desear para la calidad del resto del hotel.
Por la tarde no teníamos donde sentarnos y relajarnos en la piscina ya que todo estaba ocupado.

Mas Lazuli était un bel hôtel en 2015
Pros:

Cet hôtel a mal vieilli, les équipes sont en sous effectif et ne mérite plus ses étoiles.

Cons:

Il faudrait tout rafraîchir, redire les urinaires, nettoyer la piscine et améliorer le service qui malgré une ferme bonne volonté est très minimal et lacunaire

Estupenda estancia en un lugar tranquilo.
Pros:

Diseño, comodidad, amabilidad staff.

Cons:

Por decir algo, las hamacas de la piscina necesitan renovacion. Son incomodas porque la tela esta muy cedida.
Idealmente deberia ser una hotel “adults only”.

Heel leuk hotel op een heel mooie locatie met mooi zwembad

Cons:

Wist niet dat er honden waren. Vind het niet fijn wanneer deze in het restaurant en bij het zwembad zijn!

Le chambres sont magnifiques, propreté irréprochable, le coin piscine et le bar très agréable.. petit déjeuner complet et frais
le tout avec une décoration de très bon goût..

Cons:

Un peu déçu par la restauration au vu des commentaires.. outre une panne informatique ( ce qui peut arriver..) un manque de finesse dans les plats ce soir là, cuisson de la lotte pas satisfaisante.. pour nous pas en adéquation avec la qualité de l'hôtel..
