Una estancia increible
Pros:

El lloc és increïble, un parking espaiós, carregador per a cotxes elèctrics i un entorn idil·lic. El jacuzzi de l'habitació no funcionava però ens van oferir l'spa de manera gratuita a canvi. La piscina estava molt neta i en general molta calma i tranquil·litat. El menjar del restaurant també era molt bo i variat i l'atenció per part de tot el personal va ser genial. La suite 2 realmente espaiosa i tota la decoració i detalls de l'hotel ens van semblar perfectes.

Cons:

Sempre m'agrada dir alguna cosa que no m'ha agradat, però en aquest cas la veritat és que no sabria que dir, enhorabona a tot el personal i ànims per a continuar igual!

Pros:

Nosotros fuimos con mi perrita Happy, y la trataron super bien. La dejaron ir por todas las instalaciones sin ningún problema. Hemos estado en muchos hoteles que dejan ir con perritos y este ha sido el único que los perritos eran uno más.
La piscina es fantástica y las habitaciones son fabulosas.
Seguro que volveremos!

Cons:

Para poner una pega... Hay demasiadas escaleras. Pero es normal porque es una antigua masía.

Cons:

Tapis sale traces noires sur les pourtours et quelques "moutons" ( poussières ) , chaise en rotin cassée sur le balcon .
Le prix ne correspond pas à la prestation 315€ .. et pas d’annulation gratuite possible
Nous l’avons pris quand même car nous étions un groupe .
Quand on a réservé il était noté dernière chambre à ce prix et le jour même il y en avait d’autres ( les mêmes ) moins chères

Pros:

Der Checkin ging relativ schnell, freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Zimmer waren sehr gut eingerichtet, mit sehr guter Matratze, genügend Kissen, ein kleiner Flach Fernseher, ans Internet angebunden. Das Zimmer, so wie die gesamte Anlage, waren ausgezeichnet sauber. Das Frühstück war gut, das Abendessen geschmacklich ausgezeichnet. Wir waren auf unserer Rundreise für zwei Übernachtungen hier.

Cons:

Keine Gemütlichkeit im Hotelrestaurant: Unser Tisch im Restaurant war am Anreisetag für 20:30 Uhr reserviert. Nach einer zehnstündigen Anreise, wollten wir erst in Ruhe was trinken, sagten den Mitarbeitern, wir würden in etwa 20 Minuten was zum Essen bestellen. Dennoch wurden wir während dieser Zeit zweimal gefragt, ob wir nicht jetzt bestellen möchten. Dies nervte uns schon sehr, die Mitarbeiter machten den Eindruck, schnell Feierabend machen zu wollen. Wir hatten dann nur eine kleine Vorspeise, zum teilen und zwei Hauptgerichte bestellt. Dazu eine Flasche Wein. Dann kam alles auf einmal, obwohl wir noch ein volles Bier hatten, was noch für die Vorspeise gedacht war. Nach unserer kleinen Beschwerde, ging immerhin die keine Vorspeise aufs Haus.

Den zweiten Abend haben wir dann außerhalb gegessen, wären sonst sicherlich auch abends im Hotel geblieben.

Dieses Mal nur drei Sterne 🌟
Pros:

Wir waren inzwischen bereits zum dritten Mal im Mas Lazuli und haben das Hotel insgesamt sehr schätzen gelernt. Unsere früheren Aufenthalte, darunter einmal eine sehr schöne Suite sowie ein großes Zimmer im Anbau, waren durchweg positiv und haben uns dazu bewegt, erneut zu buchen.

Dieses Mal hatten wir jedoch ein Standardzimmer, das unsere Erwartungen leider nicht erfüllt hat. Das Zimmer war für unseren Geschmack deutlich zu klein, und die Matratze war sehr hart, sodass der Schlafkomfort eingeschränkt war. Auf unsere Nachfrage nach einem anderen Zimmer wurde zwar freundlich reagiert, jedoch war kein alternatives Zimmer verfügbar.

Im Vergleich zu unseren vorherigen Aufenthalten – insbesondere der Suite und dem großzügigen Zimmer im Anbau – waren die Unterschiede sehr deutlich spürbar. Diese Zimmerkategorien können wir weiterhin sehr empfehlen, da sie deutlich mehr Komfort und Raum bieten.

Auch das Restaurant hat uns dieses Mal nicht ganz so überzeugt wie bei unseren früheren Besuchen. Die Qualität war zwar insgesamt gut, jedoch wirkte das kulinarische Angebot im Vergleich zu unseren ersten Aufenthalten etwas anders und nicht mehr ganz auf demselben Niveau.

Das Hotel selbst hat weiterhin eine sehr schöne Anlage und eine besondere Atmosphäre mit freundlichem Personal. Aufgrund unserer bisherigen sehr positiven Erfahrungen waren unsere Erwartungen entsprechend hoch, wurden in dieser Zimmerkategorie jedoch nicht erfüllt.

Daher vergeben wir insgesamt 3 von 5 Sternen.

Relaxing weekend
Pros:

The room was wonderful, comfortable, and elegant. I loved the decor and ambiance. The pool as fantastic. Seating having drinks with the view was superb.

We had dinner at the restaurant and the food was excellent.

I have to especially mention the staff. Monica was kind and helpful. I highly recommend.

Cons:

The temperature in the room in the evening was hard to regulate and it was too warm.

Heerlijke 3 overnachtingen gehad.
Pros:

Omgeving, mooi gebouw, interieur en het restaurant

Niets, misschien 1 puntje als je slecht ter been bent er is geen lift.
