B&B Hotel Mulhouse Bâle Aéroport

No good service.

Clean, quiet, close to airport. I arrived when the reception was staffed, and at my request the receptionist ordered a taxi for me to go to the airport early the next morning at 3:45, before their shuttle is available. The taxi was 25 Euros. He required more money from the two other people who joined me when their Uber cancelled. If the taxi hadn’t arrived it would have been impossible to get to the airport on time by foot. A table in the lobby was covered in alcohol and an empty bottle lay nearby. Because the hotel isn’t staffed in the evening or night, there was no one to clean it up.

Super convenient location if flying from Basel-Mulhouse airport. Only a 10 minute drive to the terminal. Clean hotel with good facilities and plenty of parking spaces

Decent stay. The basic things are available if you just need a room. Rooms are small compared to the price. Small rooms doesn't really make you want to stay in the hotel for long periods of time. It is clean and presentable.

Good hotel but so good breakfast

Excellent hotel, good service, very good location, very quiet, would return, close to the airport with a shuttle bus.

We had issue with the check in. The password code given was incorrect. I had stay out of the building with the kids for more than 30 min

Everything was ok, good option for a early flight. Shuttle does not run very early nor very late

They are not responsive. I literally booked the hotel for shuttle service, and as soon as I arrived at the airport, they refused to send the shuttle, even though I had been communicating with them prior to my arrival.

Grand parking hôtel à 8 min en voiture de l'aéroport. Hôtel moderne. Réception automatique la nuit. Bien s'assurer avant d'avoir reçu le numéro de réservation b&b (différent du numéro de dossier booking ou Hôtels) pour obtenir le code à 6 chifffre de la porte de Sasse et de la chambre via l'automate. Bien checker les mails de confirmation. Sinon utiliser l'assistance via le bouton d'appel. Manquerait une confirmation sms ou une possibilité de régénérer le code en live.

Nice hotel

Construction toute récente (les bornes électriques pour véhicule n’étaient pas encore installées), nickel rien à dire. Accueil agréable, petit déjeuner complet et chambre très spacieuse

Je n'ose pas mettre une trop mauvaise note car ça impacterait l'appréciation globale de l'hôtel. L'hôtel en lui-même est propre, il y a l'essentiel. Seul le petit-déjeuner était digne d'une plaisanterie: 1 marmite de lard et 1 autre d'œufs brouillés, les 2 étant froides.

Mon mécontentement est surtout à propos du prix auquel j'ai réservé ma chambre sur hotel.com. Un prix annoncé à 131€, avec une belle remise à 118€ car j'utilise l'appli mobile.
Mauvaise surprise en arrivant à l'hôtel et en lisant un prix à 90€ mais également bien inférieur que hotel.com sur le site internet de l'hôtel, pour la même prestation et des conditions d'annulation plus favorables.
Je serai plus vigilant à l'avenir: à quoi ça sert d'avoir 1 nuitée gratuite au bout de 10, si chaque nuit coûte 20% de plus à chaque fois ?

Tolle neue Unterkunft, perfekt für eine Nacht.

Loved the late night automated check in. I’d pick a hotel just for this service.
