Хороший отель, приеду еще раз, но обратите внимание на уборку
Pros:

Останавливаюсь не первый раз, нравится расположение, номер, беру всегда который 33 метра, стандартные завтраки, выбор небольшой, но все есть и все вкусно

Cons:

Еще в прошлый раз говорила на ресепшене при выезде, что у них проблемы с уборкой, в этот раз ни чего не поменялось, не знаю от чего зависит, но через раз, один раз хорошо, другой раз вообще считайте не убирались, не пылесосили , воду не доложили, не смотря на то что я каждый раз оставляла хорошие чаевые

Cons:

It was literally impossible to get such an essential thing as an iron - I asked four times for it without any result or explanation on why it was so problematic to provide it! Moreover, at some point, the staff became rather rude on this matter.

Emplacement idéal et personnel très sympathique
Pros:

Le personnel était adorable. La localisation était idéale. La chambre était au calme et les lits confortables. Le sauna et la salle de sport sont un vrai plus.

Cons:

J'avais accepté (moyennant finances bien sûr) un surclassement en chambre supérieure avec vue sur le parc, et la chambre ne correspondait pas à ce qui était prévu : il devait y avoir un canapé, il n'y en avait pas, la chambre devait faire 26 m2 et elle était nettement plus petite.

Great stay, healthy breakfast & friendly staff
Pros:

Beautiful hotel with very friendly staff at the front desk. The breakfast was super healthy — especially the chia pudding and the fresh smoothies! Heating worked really quickly, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious with plenty of room for your stuff. Great base for exploring Riga.

Cons:

The only downside was the hotel Wi-Fi didn’t allow a VPN connection, so we couldn’t use our Telenet digibox (from Belgium) to watch a series. We asked at reception, but unfortunately there was no solution.

Also good to know: early breakfast only starts from a certain time, so if you have to leave around 3am, you won’t get a breakfast box. We knew this in advance (it’s mentioned at reception), so it wasn’t an issue — we just bought something the day before.

Pros:

Хорошие кровати и отличный завтрак. Местораспрложение - 10/10

Cons:

При заселение, были проигнорирована моя просьба, которую указывал при бронировании, но спустя 10 минут ребята на ресепшене все решили.
Парковка для гостей премиальных номеров могла бы быть бесплатной, как было раньше.
Отелю необходимо обновить интерьер, некоторые ткани выглядят усталыми.
