A sauna with an amazing view of the city!
Pros:

A sauna with a stunning view of the park and the cathedral. A tea station in the room. A great view from the window. A spacious lobby where you can enjoy complimentary coffee or tea. Close to the Old Town.

Cons:

The garage is dark, the lights weren’t working in the area where we parked. There is no elevator from the garage, so you have to take the stairs up to the lobby. There was a gap in the window frame that let in a cold draft.

Kiitos respan Robertsille hienosti hoidetusta akuutista tilanteesta. Booking.com ei ole luvatussa 48 tunnissa vastannut

Tila oli avara.
Henkilökunta oli pääosin asiallista ja osaavaa.

Cons:

Ensinnäkin markkinointi ”view”-ikkunoidta oli täysin harhaanjohtavaa; ikkuna ei ollut kuvien mukainen valtava ikkuna huoneistosta näköalalla puistoon vaan yksi pieni ikkuna nurkassa(huom.Superior-huone). Maksoin tästä jopa extraa.
Käsiallas ei vetänyt ollenkaan ja siitä aiheutui hajuhaittaa. Jouduimme vaihtamaan huonetta, emmekä saaneet enää saman arvoista huonetta.
Ei luvattua steam roomia-höyrysaunaa(web-sivulla). Sauna kyllä.
Huonosti siivottu, kylpyameessa likaraita ympäri ammeen ja lampuissa roikkui pölyä.

Pros:

Puiki vieta, miesto centras, arti lankytinų vietų. Yra mokamas požeminis automobilių parkingas, tiesa - labai ankštas ir brangus. Kambaryje - kavos aparatas, elektrinis virdulys, lygintuvas.

Cons:

Pusryčių patiekalų pasirinkimas labai ribotas, ypač mažiems vaikams. Pareiškus pastabą restorano darbuotojai, buvo pasiūlyta vaikams iškepti blynelių. Savo viešnagei užsakėme Liukso numerį 50m2, tačiau kambario kampe buvo tik vienas metro pločio langelis, pro kurį vos vos skverbėsi šviesa. Net dienos metu turėjome sujunti visas šviesas, kad nors truputį būtų jaukiau.

Персонал очень приятный, гостепреимный, начиная от ресепшиона и службы сервиза.
Pros:

Вкусный и разнообразный завтрак. Уютный просторный номер для всей компании соотвествовал нашим желаниям.
Праздновали день рождения дочери, всё понравилось, особенно терасса.
Номер удобен для большой компании, два санузла, две кофеварки, посуда и пр.

Cons:

Есть износ мебели, диван в гостинной имеет визуальный износ ткани, можно бы отреставрировать или заменить.
