In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property can only accept bookings from essential workers/permitted travellers, during dates where such guidelines exist. Reasonable evidence must be provided on arrival. If it isn't provided, your booking will be cancelled on arrival.
A damage deposit of MYR 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Due to our government SOP, guests are allowed to check-in the property if they have completed with two dose of vaccination.

Good value for money
The water heater wasn’t working, so there was no hot water during my stay. The blanket was torn and not replaced. The poolside floor is peeling, and overall cleanliness and hygiene could be improved. Hope the management can look into these issues.

Hotel is bad. Moss everywhere. Room smells. Even hallways is deterioting. Dodgy looking. No even front desk after 11pm

Very disappointed the see the condition of the rooms and hotel amenities. Very run down. Dusty bedsheets. This is not a 4star hotel. Breakfast variety is very ok.
No privacy and safety is questionable since heard people knocking on doors frequently and anyone can come up

The manager, the chef and his team came out to do interviews with customers. This interrupts us and spoil our mood to enjoy the food. Please do this after the customers left the restaurant.
