Frustration. No professionism in running the property.
Pros:

Did not stay there due to not clear information in the booking and the information provided by the property executive did not telly with my confirmed booking information.
The property executive required me to top up price and request a security of Rm 300, which to me is excessive.
I called the tel nos provided during the booking did not pick up. All these factors made me suspicious of the genuineness of the booking.
I therefore did not comply to the new request and they subsequently cancelled my booking and claimed money from my card.
I have to booked a new hotel through Agoda for my guests.
I am proceeding to make claims for damages.

Cons:

The property owner's operation executive (Ms Fatin) demanding an additional 50% for the stay. Since the booking fees should have been for the full amount, why is there an extra charge? This should be clearly stated on the receipt.

And her service was really bad. When asking for the payment (50% fees) don't reply to messages even after check out, absolutely no basic manners. Please advise the property owner to be cautious when having another executive to handle the check in process.

Give the support to the customer.
Pros:

The location is very convincing.easy to get a meal and everything in the mall.the staff there are very friendly and good support.

Cons:

The payment term... It is not very transparent and gets confused for me ( no explanation,and just ask me to understand)....hope this can improve.
